The apartment was lovely very clean and the location was very central close to a lot of places I needed to be and the host are very honest people I left my purse there and I didn’t even know I did and they reached out to me and mailed it to me the next day will definetly visit again

Anne was a gracious and responsive host and went out of her way to welxome us, even for just one night. Her apartment is set up perfectly for someone who has their dog with them - all vinyl floors with throw rugs (easily washable) and gated space outside. The snack basket was a wonderful treat after a long drive!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful spot right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway! We hope to come back soon!

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful historical home. Channing is an excellent host. She was always very proactive in helping me and responsive in communication. She would bring me snacks and cookies, also recommended places to go see and places to eat The neighborhood is peaceful. The space includes everything you need: laundry washer and dryer, microwave, fridge and a cool induction burner that I cooked in meals with like a skillet. I recommend staying here for a peaceful and private place in a charming and historical neighborhood.

We really loved our time at Wyndham Kingsgate. The rooms have been recently updated and the amenities were great for kids. Super convenient location next to tons of restaurants and just a short drive to colonial Williamsburg or Busch gardens. Our girls slept on the pullout sofa bed which was comfortable as sofa beds go! Elizabeth was responsive and helpful! We look forward to staying here again.

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

Steff’s place had all the right touches, from the soft comfy bedding to the Nintendo console. It felt like home, cozy and comfortable. The amenities were very thoughtful, especially the bacon & eggs as well as pizzas in the fridge. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Kate’s place was perfect for our family’s first trip to Norfolk! The beach is literally less than a 5 minute walk away. Her home is adorable and her neighbors are the sweetest people! My kids loved their little dog. We felt very comfortable in the house — very nice neighborhood and the home had everything we needed! We were very close to downtown as well. We will definitely be coming back if we make it back to Norfolk! Thank you Kate!

Great neighborhood with lots of options within walking distance. Support local businesses for breakfast and dinner…Convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Great hospitality!

We were very happy with our stay and felt that it was a great value. The house itself matched the pictures and description. It was clean, it had all the supplies we needed, and it had enough space for our family of 4 and dogs. We found checking in and out to be simple as the host provided easy to follow instructions and even if we did run into any trouble, the host was friendly and responsive over messaging. Location wise, the house was in a residential area that had a lot of homes but the neighborhood was quiet during the day and at night and the neighbors were friendly. The best part about the location was the convenience that it offered. A nice beach, a grocery store, a local coffee shop, and more were all within a 5 minute drive. Busch Gardens and the zoo took under 30 minutes to get to. The aquarium was 40 minutes away. Being centrally located and being more affordable than other areas allowed us to do a lot more fun activities than we could have done someplace else.

This place was a great spot, it was a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walks bf distance which was great!! We would book again in a heartbeat!

The name says it all! My week at Sandi’s place felt like a slice of heaven. Beautiful lot, peaceful, quiet, but also just a quick drive to anything you need or would want to see! Immaculately cleaned. Stocked with everything you need! I cooked nearly every meal and all the basics were there, which was great after long days on a job site. That covered porch is THE BOMB! Comfy, clean beds, too. Great wifi! Sandi is extremely response, so friendly, and any instructions were crystal clear! She put her heart and soul into this home & it shows! My dogs loved the little walking trail behind the house & napping on the porch! 110% will be back! Thank you Sandi!!

Fantastic place! Very close to Colonial Williamsburg. Place is a bit secluded which is great after a full day of sightseeing. Nice to come back to a little oasis. Very clean, well stocked. Host very responsive, pleasant and flexible. Recommend it highly!

We were very pleased with the house. Just be careful w little ones, all vent covers were not secured to the floor properly and that could be safety hazard. One disappointment we had -although the beach was very close (5 minutes walk) there were runoff pipes all along the beach. Public beach a 5 minute drive. We ended up driving to Virginia Beach and had much better time there, 40 minute drive.

This home was a great location for us to enjoy all the sites in the area-it was easy to get to and parking was superb. The house was clean and orderly. Our family had plenty of space and was very comfortable for the weekend when we were visiting. Our dog was at ease the entire time at the house and loved walking the neighborhood among all the other local pups. The beds were comfy, clean, and well appointed. My boys loved the room with twin beds. All Linens and towels were clean. Thank you for our stay and helping us to enjoy a great family weekend in Williamsburg.

LOVED our stay here, we were in town visiting a family member that is stationed in the area. Place was easy to find and had so much to do in the area. The home was so adorable I loved the Blue touches all over with the beachy theme. Everything was a described. We had one small concert and Samantha jumped into action to make sure it was taken care of and was great with following up to make sure we were happy with the resolution. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

The condo was great! It is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean! I appreciated that there was bedding and extra pillows for the pull-out couch. Rodica was very friendly and sent wonderful instructions. I will be visiting again :)

We had a great stay at Nicole’s! Perfect for easy access to the beach with great restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and comfortable!

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

Our stay was wonderful! We were steps away from the beach and were provided a wagon to haul the chairs, umbrellas and cooler to the beach. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Great location to get to the wild horse tour and many restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Lynn always responded immediately with clear directions. Thank you

The unit was as pictured and described. Very clean. Beautiful location and view. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Very convenient location to beach, walking / running path and bike riding. Host was easy to contact, friendly and responsive.

Awesome condo! Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. Less than two blocks to the beach and the provided chairs and towels made it so easy to enjoy a May day with our feet in the sand! Would highly recommend this condo.
