We had a great 3 night stay, great location and everything we needed

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

I absolutely loved staying here for 2 weeks, with my dogs. The property is beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The location was amazing for all the shops, restaurants/bars and the beach! Tucked away from the main street, it was peaceful and private. Steward was great. Really helpful and friendly, and was easy to get hold of. I’d love to stay here again another time. Thanks ☺️

We had a lovely stay over the bank holiday, Parva House was the perfect location - just on the fringe of the hubbub in Holt on what was a busy market weekend.

Had a lovely time. Easy to get in and we all slept well the beds were very comfortable. The extras that were there eg milk biscuits, were a really nice touch. We thought the bathroom off the bedroom would be inconvenient but with a wc downstairs it was ok. Everything was really cosy and very welcoming.

Maria is really a super host. Extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time at the property. Kids loved the hammock, ping pong table and badminton court. Plenty of space for football and the property was beautiful. Had a great time as family. Great atmosphere

Catherine is beyond a super host, we had everything we could possibly need and more. A condiments draw so we don’t need to worry about what we forgot! Hand cream, tissues, plenty of toilet roll and dishwasher tablets. Every kitchen utensil you could ever need. A welcome pack that was so very welcome. Good sized towels and plenty of them. Catherine is the hostess I would aspire to be if I did Airbnb! When we needed anything she responded so quickly and the property is so beautiful. Close to the seaside, wrapped by countryside and the garden is a dream, our dogs absolutely loved it as much as we did. I can not recommend higher, and I am a serial Airbnber!! Thank you 😊

It was a lovely clean & tidy Lodge with everything you needed & more. Nice clubhouse & play area for kids too. Would definitely stay there again 😊

Nous avons séjour 6 jours chez Tracy et nous en sommes très satisfaits ! Le logement est conforme à la description et le lieu est super pour les enfants. Tout était très propre et fonctionnel. Mersea Island est une belle destination.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

After a busy day in Clacton, it was a pleasure to stay at Dianne's place. The caravan was clean and comfortable, and just what we needed. We got takeaway meals from the onsite restaurant, which were good quality. There is a good play area onsite. We didn’t get chance to use the heated pool unfortunately. Dianne was very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We had a short stay but everything was amazing , good , clear communication from start to finish , house was clean and had everything you need to feel like home. Everything looks like in the pictures , we'll definitely come back here. Thank you Rohan 4 hosting us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Corin's beautiful bungalow. It was very quiet .As well as a lovely place to stay there was also a delightful garden.

The accommodation was excellent. Lots of nice touches, milk and chocolate fingers and others bits and bobs were provided.

Super! We had a lovely time and will hopefully be back later in the year!

We enjoyed our stay at Lesleys place. Very near to the sea and close to all beeches we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the jaccuzzi. The cottage is dog friendly and had all things our 4 month old Labrador puppy needed.

Little Conifer is a lovely place to stay - well equipped and the bedroom and bathroom are especially spacious. The patio is lovely and a real sun trap. A great location - a few minutes walk down to the coastal path and beach and 5 minutes walk to the local pub, which serves delicious meals and has a range of beers on tap. The bus services to Sheringham and Cromer and as far afield as Norwich are regular so its easy to get about if you want to leave the car at home. The walk along the coastal path to Sheringham is about 2 miles and an enjoyable circular trip to walk back along the beach at low tide - fabulous if you have a dog that likes to tear around on the beach. It's also lovely to walk along the beach to Cromer - about 3.5 miles - but the coastal path back involves a lot of walking by the road, sometimes with narrow paths.

Wonderful location, accommodation and Caroline was very friendly/helpful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean with beautiful decor. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful and well appointed cottage, with private and peaceful suntrap garden, less than 5 mins walk from fantastic pub and bakery and a little further to the start of the beach. We were blessed with superb sunshine which really made it feel like the South of France. Everything is thought out with wonderful touches to make your stay extra comfortable, from the pint of milk in the fridge on arrival along with other goodies, to extras you often have to bring or pay extra for (dishwasher/laundry tabs, condiments, etc. All the rooms are well proportioned with 2 great bathrooms, one with shower. Beds are super comfy and with excellent pillows and linens. A bonus that we could bring our dog and again, fantastic little touches like water bowls, dog treats etc just made it a breeze. We will definitely be back!
