Beautiful traditional Icelandic house from 1912 located in quiet town- Garður, 200m to cost line, 15 min from Keflavik International Airport. Prefect get away. Video tour is available on social media page- Luk House. The 100m² house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, accessed via a steep staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a crib and air mattress can be added.

Our apartment is perfectly located — just a 6-minute drive from Keflavík Airport and 15–20 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. Within a 3-minute walk, you’ll find a public swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools. A small shopping center, Krossmói, is only 8 minutes away on foot, offering a supermarket, pharmacy, bank (ATM), restaurants, and other shops. The local bus stop is also nearby (outdoor, no kiosk). Húsið er á skjólgóðum stað og útsýni út á sjó og sést vel á Snæfellsnesið í góðu skyggni. Á veturna við rétt skilyrði, er mikill möguleiki á að sjá Norðurljós. Húsið er gamalt en allt ný tekið í gegn. Á svefnloftinu er 2 góðar dýnur (brattur stigi upp). Bjart og fallegt. Stutt á flugvöllinn, u.þ.b. 10 mínútur ( 9 km. ), og góð sundlaug í Sandgerði ( 2 km.)
