We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We only had a one night stay but the property was so clean and beautifully presented. Our children loved the games! The hot tub was lovely and Hollie was hugely helpful and very responsive when there was an initial issue with it working. Thank you!

We spent the weekend here for my sister in laws hen do and it was just perfect! From the moment I booked until the moment I confirmed we’d checked out and left, the service and communication given by Amanda was second to none. The house and area was amazing, the hot tub, garden, bedrooms, kitchen, everything was just perfect and we had the most wonderful stay! I would defo recommend others to stay here, especially when the weather is glorious as we spent most of our time in the garden and in the hot tub! Thanks Amanda and Adam, you were great hosts x

We booked this property to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and to say it was perfect is an understatement. We had a lovely long weekend in the hot tub with lots of BBQ’s. We also had 2 dogs and we felt so at ease that they were running around in the secure field. Will definitely be rebooking! Thanks Lucy & Co

The Little Owl is an absolutely beautiful place, and I truly couldn’t recommend it more for anyone seeking a peaceful escape in the heart of the British countryside. We mostly cooked our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, but the location was ideal for exploring nearby Bury St Edmunds, and we even managed a lovely day trip to Cambridge for some shopping after check-out. Hayley is a fantastic host—everything was seamless from start to finish. She was always quick to respond and we really appreciated the flexibility with early check-in and late check-out, where possible. One of the highlights was soaking in the hot tub, surrounded by stunning views—it honestly felt like our own little world. We had such a wonderful time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. I can’t recommend Hayley and The Little Owl enough!

House was really nice, the surroundings were lovely and the area was really quiet! Chloe was very accommodating when problems occurred she responded very quickly and tried to resolve them fast. Overall, quite a nice stay aside from some small issues!

We had a great couple of nights here. The cottage is perfect for a cosy stay, made even better with the addition of the log burner. The cottage is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The welcome package was a nice touch, we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds too, where we saw some wildlife. Tony was a great, friendly host - answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for things to do locally and a bit further afield.

What a fabulous place to stay, quiet and peaceful with a lovely courtyard are to sit out in - but go out through the gate and you are across the road from the beach or a few yards from the centre of town. We booked it when we were visiting family in the area and will hopefully do so again when we next go down.

The holiday home "Poets Corner" is perfect for a stay in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with many loving details. Kenninghall is a charming place. Everything you need is there, a grocery store, a pub and a cafe. You can also go for a walk, for example to the zoo in Banham. The neighbors are very friendly. Many thanks to Marie for this lovely stay and the friendly conversation. We are now back home in Germany and will remember the beautiful Easter holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Polly"s lovely cottage Chisholm's. Very well equipped and very cosy. Fabulous grounds and garden which is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing area to chill out in. Great location, a very special place to stay. Thank you Polly

Lovely stay in this cosy, comfortable cottage. Perfect for four of us and a small dog. The tall ones did bang their heads but it’s unavoidable in a such a historic building. Great location and walkable to everything you could need including oysters.

What an amazing cottage! It was so atmospheric and quirky. We went with another couple and our dog, andxas the boys were watching the snooker finals much of the time, we girls realkycenjoyed the sun room and little veranda with the bistro table. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. A great restaurant round the corner, the Kings Head, a local Indian that delivered and the Castle cafe practically next door. All doing great food. Lots of walks on the doorstep which our greyhound enjoyed, and Caryn's garden safe and secure for our dog. A great cottage in a lovely village, and Caryn proactive and communicating well throughout.

Well what can we say, perfect location/very very clean and tidy. Loads of lovely touches to make us welcome, it was better than a hotel. Loads to do locally and just short drives out to all the sort after locations you may needs. Make sure you go to Mrs T’s fish & chip shop in Southwold on the beach it’s a must. Everything was perfect and Kerry & Adam are lovely, what a stunning part of the world they live in. They even supplied some milk/fresh eggs/crisps/biscuits, towels/linen were scrumptious oh and the beds extremely comfortable. Basically your mad if you don’t book here👍 Matt/Zara & boys thank you again x

Fantastic cottage in idyllic location. Photos do not do it justice - it’s a beautiful cottage, full of character and charm. Lovely garden too. Had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent.

A lovely, clean and well equipped cottage in a quiet village. David is a great host providing lots of little extras which were greatly appreciated and responded to messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This place is absolutely perfect for families. Paul and Jane are such lovely hosts making you feel so welcome before you've even got there. The cottage is cosy with a great size and well stocked kitchen. The play area next to the cottage was great with a play barn as well with loads of books and toys to choose from. The outdoor bath was perfect with such a beautiful view over the landscape. Paul and Jane have thought of everything to make the stay as brilliant as it can be. Honesty bar and freshly made pizza in the pizza oven if you're lucky. So much in the area to do as well, will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful time at Yem's cottage. The location os quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to a good pub and other amenities. The cottage really is beautiful and a home from home, packed with everything you'd need for your stay. The photos really don't do it justice! We loved having the garden; my daughter loved the space to run around and we enjoyed a few dog walks in the local area. Yem is a fantastic host who replied to messages politely and promptly, the bottle of birthday bubbles was a nice surprise on arrival. All in all our weekend was brilliant and we would absolutely stay again, thanks for having us.

This was the perfect retreat for our short break and did “exactly what it said on the tin”. Everything we needed was there and it was ideally situated for what we had planned

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s beautiful barn conversion. Everything was immaculate, lots of space, well equipped and furnished and so comfortable in every respect. Caroline was so welcoming and helpful and had provided so many very thoughtful extra touches, from all the ingredients for a delicious full breakfast with bacon and amazing fresh hen’s eggs, chocolate brownies, sweets to toiletries and so much more. Caroline really had anticipated all any guests could possibly need. The setting is so peaceful and just a short stroll to all the amenities of this lovely village and so easy to explore Cambridge from too. We were all very sad to leave at the end of our stay.

A beautiful cottage with everything we needed in a peaceful rural environment. We really enjoyed our stay.
