This spacious fully modernised Property is located at the edge of Stromness, there is parking for several cars, also a large grass garden . Downstairs consists of a modern kitchen equipped with: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, etc. A large lounge and adjacent dining room, bathroom with bath/shower, there is also a downstairs double bedroom. Upstairs has three bedrooms: 1 Large double with sofa and TV, 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom also a toilet/shower room.

Langwell Bothy

Langwell Bothy has two rooms with vestibule entrance where modest coffee/tea bar is set up. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and small refrigerator, including a sink, NO COOKER. Main bedroom has view over to Hoy island. The second room has a double bed/couch. (If 2 guests & need 2 beds, please message this) There is a shower room/toilet/sink (wet room) accessible only from the second room. The second room has two views over looking the main house garden and views towards Stromness.

A unique home by the sea. A peaceful and private country road leads to this secluded cottage. The hot tub has views down scapa flow. The famous St Magus Way is accessible from this property . There is direct access to the sea for paddle boarding, wind surfing or sailing in the bay. Return to the cottage to an open fire. The extensive grounds also allow for simple walks or yoga.
