You have 60 feet of lake front with two docks to bring your lake toys or rent a pontoon for the day/weekend or week. Full size kitchen, laundry, two big smart tv's with cable and wifi. Small shed for storage, large deck, canoe for 3, fire pit & gas grill. Wedding, family, golfing or weekend away? Lakeside Sylvan!

Long Lake Cottage

Long Lake Cottage is on a 10 mph lake that is a pretty peaceful spot to relax. Enjoy bonfires, kayaking, fishing, and grilling at our place. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through multiple lakes. Less than 10 minutes from Angola (Trine University, Pokagon State Park, groceries, etc.). We hope you enjoy your stay! We have a strict cancellation policy, but we will refund you 100% of your stay if you do need to cancel 14 days before your arrival.

This two bed two bath home is very new and fresh with brand new high-end furniture. From the 65” TV to the gas fire pit on the patio overlooking the small creek and woods you won’t feel more relaxed. We are five short blocks from Trine University and a short drive to the center of town and one of our 101 lakes. Stone Cottage on Kerr Island

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
