It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! An ideal area for walking, cycling and surfing. The property is easy to access, with parking available on the driveway and a small step up to the entrance. A great base for exploring the local area.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
