Cosy little cottage with woodburner stove, king size bed, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows. On the edge of the Anagach Woods with its many walking trails. 10 minutes to the River Spey. We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

This cosy Highland cottage on the Black Isle, 1 mile off the NC500 route, is newly refurbished on the Redcastle estate. The walks and views are breathtaking and a mere 10 minute drive from Inverness and Beauly. The Redcastle ruin itself is steeped in history and this area makes an idyllic location for a relaxing few days away from it all. This charming cottage is comfortable, warm and tastefully furnished. It comes highly recommended! Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement with Katie.

Willow Cottage, luxury, central, free parking

Willow Cottage is a quaint old cottage in a quiet courtyard in the centre of Inverness which has been carefully renovated to provide bright, welcoming accommodation for up to 4 guests. The Scandi style open plan living room/kitchen has a white oiled wooden floor and wood burning stove. There is a shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. In the small garden there is a patio for outside dining and a parking space for one car in the shared courtyard.

This traditional Highland cottage is spacious, bright and cosy. Original features include a huge 18th century stone fireplace and slate floors, alongside modern comforts such as a wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, shower room and king size bed (+travel cot on request). Stable Cottage is situated in a secluded, peaceful 4 acre private woodland, just outside the picturesque village of Garve on the North 500 Route. An ideal spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life with beautiful walks and cycling routes right on the doorstep. The Cottage was once used as the horse stables that served the local estate. It has been tastefully renovated to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is one of 3 holiday lets at Crannach Cottages.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.
