Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

JUST 3 BLOCKS to BEACH and BOARDWALK and Amusement Piers. This inviting 2nd floor 2 bedroom vacation getaway accommodates up to 4 guests. Enjoy the magical shared yard with fountain. No cable but Wi-Fi is available. Plus Smart TV and DVD player. Walkable to various amenities such as restaurants, Wawa, Supermarket and Post Office. 15 minutes to Victorian Cape May and the County Zoo. Just 45 min. to Atlantic City. AC in both bedrooms is provided 5/16 to 10/15. Heat provided from 10/15 to 5/10.

Shore cottage steps away from warm sandy feet

Strathmere is amazing and the last place on the shore with a quiet laid back beach scene with great neighbors, spacious beaches and a chill attitude. If you're looking for the super nice brand new squeaky clean sterile beach house stacked on top of another overcrowded condo (more focused on AC and amenities), I don't think you should rent this house. People become upset when they realize that my place is an old beach cottage with a great deck and backyard and a minute walk to the beach.

The Saltwater House - Low Tide Suite - 1st Floor

Welcome to The Saltwater House! Part of Ocean City’s historic district, built in 1920 and restored in 2020, this home is filled with old charm, with new modern coastal finishes. The Low Tide Suite is located on the first floor of the home, which provides easy access for guests traveling with kids or older guests that prefer not to do many steps. With a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, this modern minimalist space is a great place to call home for your beach vacation!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available.
