The Adelaide Hills is a refreshingly relaxing place to explore in Summer in the cool of the Hills; and winter wineries, open fireplaces, historic sites and warm, stone buildings of which Tara Stables is one. Built in the 19th century, this delightful abode offers warm, romantic vibes as you cosy up between the colourful stone walls and beneath the open rafters. Spacious rooms offer plenty of space and the outdoor courtyards are great to sit around the firepit and soak in the country air.

The house is located on top of a hill surrounded by farmland and bushland, just 5 kms from the tourist town of Hahndorf. We are very Eco friendly running on solar, only on rain water and have a large vegetable garden. Walk around our property to get the full experience. Sit outside and watch the amazing sunsets.
