We are repeat customers at the River Merchant Inn, it’s one of our favourite places to stay on our bi-annual trips to Stratford. Fantastic location, beautifully renovated, super comfy beds, 2 squeaky clean bathrooms, washer/dryer and a well stocked kitchen. Everything is new, it’s open, bright and airy, lots of interesting designer touches. Brendan is a very responsive, proactive host, quickly responds to messages and provides excellent instructions and info. You can’t go wrong, highly recommend!

Nishant is extremely kind and communicates really well. He is a great host.

Jennifer was very quick to respond when needed and the place was cleaned well and was a great distension from downtown I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Stratford

I could not have asked for better hosts. The kindness, hospitality and friendship extended to me by Tam and Anurag allowed me to feel very comfortable and at home. Their lovely home is well located with many shops, bus stops and pharmacy within a short stroll. The room was clean, quiet and well-appointed. The bed is on the firm side. The dedicated bathroom is directly across from the room with great shower pressure and hot water. As my stay was on the longer side, they kindly allotted me dedicated fridge and kitchen storage space. I also had good use of the washer and dryer. My stay exceeded my expectation and I am grateful to have met such wonderful people that I now consider friends. Thank you Tam, Anurag and Tim-Tim! 💯🙏❤

Had a great Stay in Waterloo. Laura's Place was a perfect location for me. Easy to get in and out, clean, other tenants were point and friendly. Coin operated laundry was a nice added bonus too as I was traveling more after my stay there. Would definitely book again!

Gayathri is an amazing host with a great heart to help and make one comfortable. She was very warm, friendly and kind and even extended help when I took unwell. I would highly recommend her place for convenience, comfort and peace. Is at an easy walk from University of Waterloo where I came to drop my son. Thank you Gayathri 🙏

It was an excellent stay at Tori place. Photos are exactly the same at the place, and provided extra amenities that wasn't listed. Highly recommend to friend and family!!

Mel was incredibly responsive and gave easy to understand instructions. The condo is large and comfortable, and felt cozy. The location is great; just a short walk to everything. The beds were very comfortable, and everything you’d need was provided. Definitely recommend staying here.

Arturo was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The place was above what I expected and the nicest air bnb I’ve stayed in to date. I highly recommend this unit and couldn’t be happier with my stay!

Wendy’s suite was beautifully appointed and had everything I needed. The suite was very clean and the building was lovely. Wendy’s instructions were clear and helpful. I would love to stay here again next time I’m in Waterloo.

Jordan’s listing was amazing. The pictures don’t it no justice, it is a beautiful spacious one bedroom. The amenities kept me entertained! Host was very communicative and responsive & answered questions quickly every time. Great experience!
