Egal ob Shoppen, Lebensmittel, Bahnhof und Co. ... die süße kleine Wohnung ist mein Herzstück in das ich viel Liebe gesteckt habe... du kannst dich auf einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt freuen. In der Wohlfühloase am Trausdorfberg kannst du dich in 100-jährigen Gebäuden unseres Hofs wohlfühlen und Kraft tanken - auf den Hügeln zwischen Graz und dem Vulkanland! Die Wohnung "Max" hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikro/Grill, Geschirrspüler und Frühstückstisch, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couch und eine eigene Terrasse. Genieße Whirlpool und Sauna mit Blick auf unsere Waldschafe oder verwöhne dich am Grill in der Outdoorküche!

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Your neighbors are the University Library, the National Theatre and the Cathedral. Jasmina and Simon together with their kid live next door and are happy to welcome you in Maribor and give you tips where to go and how to get around. Baumhaus Buchengrün

Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Čudovito mansardno stanovanje v središču trga, ki se ponaša z bogato zgodovino....že v preteklosti je bila tu gostilna, ki je gostila ljudi od blizu in daleč...sedaj pa smo ji znova vdihnili življenje. Trudimo se, da se naši gostje počutijo dobro, da si vzamejo čas zase in uživajo pri nas. Tako smo sedaj v ponudbo dodali še finsko savno, ki je odlična sprostitev za telo in duha. Oldie goldie, free parking

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
