20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

The South Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable with a little bit of Morden rustic country living thrown in. A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. We've furnished the with many modern touches, large original art, pottery, uncovered original beams, oak storage, and a complete underfloor heating system. We look forward to welcoming you. The Piggery - beautiful Kent cottage

A lovely rural annex in the beautiful village of East Brabourne, situated on the Pilgrim's Way at the foot of the North Downs. Newly decorated and furnished in 2025 with a fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the wonderful Five Bells Pub if you don’t feel like cooking. We moved to the area in 2024 and our family home and vineyard is next door, so we can be available if you need, otherwise the annex is entirely self contained with its own parking area. Please ask about bringing pets.

Ideally located for the Channel tunnel and Dover docks for a short stop over or longer relaxing break.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Whether a quiet night away, or a family break, our cabin will not disappoint. Port Lympne & Wingham wildlife parks are nearby, Folkestone & Hythe beaches on the doorstep. The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
