Unwind in our hand-built cottage with lake views, just 10 minutes from Buffalo & 20 from Sheridan. Set on 35 scenic acres with a micro dairy, chickens, and Buddy the blueberry-loving peacock, this cozy retreat offers fresh milk & eggs with your stay. The 700 sq ft space features a king bedroom and a Murphy bed in the great room, plus a private patio with BBQ. We’re near the interstate, easy access, though some road noise is possible. The cottage is all yours, we live nearby if you need anything

Goose Valley Farm, Alpaca Farm under the Big Horns

Idyllic farm setting located below the Big Horn Mountains. Enjoy laying in hammock alley while watching Alpacas graze in the pasture w/ the Mountains as your back drop or read a book and listen to the symphony of birds & the clucks of happy chickens. You’ll feel enveloped by nature & the slow relaxing pace of the farm w/ open access to the farm animals. Enjoy the wide open spaces w/ abundant wildlife, & unobstructed views of the Big Horn Mountains w/ a vast country night sky filled with stars.

The Inn on the River

Relax and enjoy the abundant wildlife at our guest house on North Piney Creek in beautiful Story, WY. This 2nd floor guest house offers 2 bedrooms with adjoining full bath. There is a kitchenette with a dorm size refrigerator, toaster, countertop oven and coffee pot. We have just expanded our AirBNB to include a vintage sheep wagon that accommodates 2 people. There is NO bathroom in the sheep wagon. Bathroom and kitchenette are located in the guesthouse. Only 1 party is accepted nightly.

The Magpie Cabin · Big Horn Views & Ranch Stay

Located just 13 miles from Sheridan right off a paved highway, the Magpie Cabin is a cozy, modern getaway on a horse ranch. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the authentic feel of ranch life. The cabin includes all of the modern amenities needed to make your stay comfortable (minus a dishwasher). Step onto the porch to possibly see wildlife and horses graze nearby; you might even spot a cowboy training horses right outside! It's the perfect location to stay while you visit the Sheridan area!

Access to great hiking, fishing and hunting.

Quiet and Relaxing 1,000 sq ft Cabin with gorgeous view will make you feel like you're in Heaven. 10 miles (16km) outside of Sheridan Wy on Hwy 14, easy access off I-90, with a beautiful drive. This is the perfect get away for you to unplug. Those crisp Wyoming winter days, relax by the stove with a cup of hot coco . Cabin stays cool in summer if you open windows at night and close up in the morning. Pets welcome after approval & $20 pet fee. Must be pet & child friendly. Starlink WIFI

Creekside Cabin at Story Brooke Lodge

Come relax at a cozy cabin along Piney Creek with a large wrap around porch. Open your windows to listen to the water running by all night with fresh cool air. The cabin features a queen size bed and a pull out couch. Kitchenette includes a sink, Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, and mini fridge. The cabin features a gas fireplace, a covered porch with skylights and also has a glass dining table with four chairs. This cabin has cable TV that is also a smart TV and wifi.

Hideout Cabin

Nestled in the foothills of the Bighorns, Hideout Cabin offers a cozy retreat with a queen bed, fireplace, and kitchenette stocked with basics, a mini-fridge, and coffee. The bathroom has a shower tub, and towels are provided. Relax on the porch swing overlooking the creek. A firewood box with a day's supply is included. Walk to scenic trails, fishing, horseback riding, and the Wagon Box Restaurant & Pub. Downtown Story is nearby, with Sheridan and Buffalo just 25 minutes away.

The Pine Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You will feel right at home in this cozy cottage. Open floor plan gives the feeling of a much bigger space . Perfect for a comfortable stay after a long days travel or just get away to the mountains for a day or two. Close to library , Post Office, and Story Store. Large Ponderosa pines provide ample shade and ambience. Deer and turkey stroll through the property frequently..Enjoy all that Story has to offer!

Find your peace in our rustic mountain cabin! Located at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains, this cabin home welcomes you to beautiful Story, Wyoming. Two bedrooms offer queen size beds for a restful night as well as a full sized couch for any additional guests. A cozy kitchen awaits for home cooked meals and gathering around the table. Spacious living room area ready for laughter and memories to be made here at The Lazy JJ Homestead. We welcome you!

Mountain View Haven Cabin

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Two miles from the Buffalo city limits, three miles to Big Horn National Forest. Sits on a 432 acre property. Horses, donkeys and cows on the property. This is a new build this spring. All furnishings are new. Queen bed in bedroom, couch is a queen hide a bed. There are also 2 lofts. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, all you need to bring are groceries.

Big Horn Getaway

The bedroom is in the loft above a working ceramics studio. The bathroom is on the main floor with one flight of stairs. We are located about two miles from the base of the Bighorn Mountains with a beautiful view and lots of privacy. It is a perfect getaway for two people who can handle the stairs. The space is not suitable for children under 18 or pets. We are unable to accommodate service dogs due to host's allergies.
