Absolutely gorgeous home! The photos do not do this property justice, the house much larger in person! Not a lake I would travel to fish but, we still had a blast catching catfish after catfish! We were able to store our personal boat at the dock and we had a very nice, peaceful weekend!

We had a great time staying here for our girls weekend trip. 8 of us were very comfortable here. We loved the hot tub and the walkability to the beach. The gift card to a local restaurant was an awesome and appreciated touch! Thank you Michelle for allowing us to use your space!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. BUT… the initial address given was not the address of the house so we have to drive another 30 minutes to get to the house. The house was clean, rustic and ideal for us 3 people and a dog. We enjoyed the amenities especially the billiards and kayaks. Also our dog enjoyed running around the property.

Went on a girl's trip to Michigan for a long weekend and had an amazing time! Hannah really thought of everything. There was plenty of chopped wood for nightly bonfires, the game room was organized with no missing items, and the hot tub was clean and ready for immediate use. There were welcome snacks, board games, and a detailed local guide that had us so excited to return during the summer season when there's so much family-friendly activities going on in the area! The seperate apartment was much larger than I anticipated so there was plenty of room for our party of 7. very clean with stocked/updated amenities, and a modern aesthetic vibe. we were surrounded by woods in a private area and enjoyed bird song each morning. couldn't have asked for a better stay. Will definitely be rebooking!

Hot tub was nice and spacious, house was not as close to the lake as pictures may make it seem. Location feels nice and secluded.

Joshua was very responsive and friendly, and the house is clearly taken care of and clean!

We absolutely adored Todd’s A frame. It was right on a sandy beach with private access to the water. We took the boats out every day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The fire pit was so nice! It was practically smokeless! The hot tub was clean and well maintained. There were so many fun games and toys inside and outside that kept our kiddo entertained for hours. Specifically, he loved playing in the sand with the bucket/pail and mini outdoor dump truck. The house itself was just perfect. It was so cozy and the right size for the three of us. The kid’s room was DARK! This was an absolute must as the sun stays up later than our kid. We were perfectly comfortable in the upstairs loft but would have appreciated window treatments of some kind above the bed. The bathroom was fine for the three of us. The indoor shower is tight with weak water pressure but the outdoor shower was wonderful! The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We would absolutely recommend this place!!

Host was very responsive and friendly. The home was unique which is exactly what we look for when traveling fun places ! Highly recommended!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful and the house was very clean. The owner went above and beyond when I mentioned I couldn't find charcoal for the grill. They surprised us by dropping it off that day. What caring hosts! I was very impressed! They also had PLENTY of supplies for us (toilet paper, paper plates, detergent, hand soap, kleenex...etc) This isn't always the case with rental properties. My kids and I enjoyed the welcome snacks. They were fun surprises. The only thing I would mention is the shower is very small (as described in the property). I had a tough time shaving and brushing my hair in there. There is also no disposal or dishwasher. These were not listed in the amenities so this is no fault of the owner. It's just something I didn't think to look for in the property description. I will know to watch for it in the future.

The interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a base for exploring the area, the Cozy Cottage is an excellent choice. I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

Great location within a few minutes walk of the beach. Loved sitting on the deck and listening to the waves. Cottage had a great layout and everything we needed for a long beach weekend. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time! My future brother-in-law propose on the dock! First time traveling with a baby, so having a pack and play at the Airbnb was one less thing to pack! The “baby” gates around the porch were perfect for our dogs! They got to hangout and play outside without any worries of them wondering off. A fully stocked kitchen and grill were great! Loved using the kayaks as well! The trek down and back from the water is a little intense and I workout almost every day, so future guests should keep that in mind. Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you for a great stay. We felt right at home because of your proactive communication and friendliness. The house was in a great location between Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for our needs.

This was by far our favorite stay w/ Air BandB! The entire experience was incredible. We stayed 88 days and was sad to go! Our host went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home wrapped up in a fun filled vacation! The ping pong table, bikes, hammocks, board games, WiFi, large TV and grill gave us a lot of fun times and memories! Anytime we had a question it was answered within minutes! The view of the lake, sunsets, blooming flowers in the lovely landscaped yard, We highly recommend this location and its host!

Beautiful views and immediately felt relaxed and able to settle in and enjoy the quiet of the peaceful setting. Great location to walk the dogs through woods and onto the expansive beach nearby Nice family seating area to enjoy movies and time all together and a great well stocked kitchen to cook thanksgiving and many other meals Plush towels and nice linens made it a very relaxing stay for all We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with family

This was my 2nd stay at Mandy’s. Everything was perfect as usual. The place is cozy and comfortable.

Great Place for a fall long weekend getaway! We enjoyed the ease of access to surrounding activities, beautiful views and advertised amenities. The place worked great for cooking in or outdoors and keeping two children entertained. Trips to dunes for hiking or motorsport, bigger cities for restaurants or shopping and parks for sightseeing and recreation are all available from this cottage. The place was well stocked with towels, bedding and cooking utensils. Some water and ice are also provided. I ended up needing to work a bit during the stay, the wifi was great for this. A note that lake front property is prime real-estate so neighbors are close by. While quiet and nice, having neighbors close by may not be everyone's cup of tea. Overall a great place to stay, would be interested in coming back for longer during the summer in the future.

This is my favorite place for a get away/retreat. The lake view is spectacular. It's great for walking, swimming and biking. There's no light pollution so you can see the constellations after dark. The 3 level house is spacious, but cozy; a wonderful place for a family with kids and grandparents. Instructions and expectations are completely clear, and Loretta and Zach respond quickly to questions. It's a pleasure to work with them and enjoy the beautiful setting of their lovely lake home.

Stayed here for a month while I had some work done on my house. Small but comfortable, and had everything I needed. Internet can slow down sometimes, but there's 5g cell service in the area. Nice neighborhood for walking the dogs, close to trails and national forest, and downtown area is super cute. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I'd definitely stay again!

We loved this quaint cabin! It’s off the beaten path and feels very secluded, yet it’s close to everything! The stairs to the beach are worth the trip if you’re physically able. The heaters work well to keep you warm at night. And the fireplace is fabulous! Comfy, cozy, clean and beautiful views! Thanks for having us!

Lynn was an amazing host. I had told her I was in the area for a baseball tournament when I booked the stay. When I arrived there was a personal note on a white board wishing us luck this weekend. Extremely beautiful home with a spectacular view. I brought my fishing kayak and fished both Friday and Saturday evenings. Relaxed and caught a few fish as well. Overall, I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Loved it. Hopefully I will be back out there again but in the summer to enjoy the lake even more. Thanks Lynn! ☀️🐟🏡

Our stay was great! Everything was clean and ready for us. The space was good, enough for all of us (7 of us) The outside was beautiful, awesome fire pit, and games to play. John was easy to communicate with and available when needed. A good stay all around.

Awesome spot close to Grand Haven. 1 mile from the beach and 25 mins from Grand Rapids! Loved the area. So much to do and we’ll be back. House was clean and accommodating. Had everything we needed and good parking available.
