We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Chris' place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Location is perfect, within easy distance of the beautiful Kingston waterfront and nice restaurants. The area is quiet at night and felt very safe. Check-in was smooth and we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Kingston.

We attended a wedding very close by and this was the perfect spot for us! It was so cozy and comfortable. Just looking on the map I didn't expect the town to be such a pretty & cute place with such a quaint little downtown area. Although we didn’t end up eating them, the little touches like the snacks were so thoughtful. We enjoyed some meals at Railway Cafe right around she corner as well! It was truly a great stay! Thank you again!

This was our second stay at Laura’s place in Ashfield. Great communication from the host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We love everything about this cozy, historic home and would recommend for a relaxing stay in the Berkshires.

Extremely clean and peaceful place. Very cute and cozy set up as well! Denise and John are excellent hosts. Upon leaving, our car unfortunately got stuck a mile out from the house in some deep snow. John saved the day and immediately came to the rescue to tow us out. His kindness and quick response saved me a lot of stress. Highly recommend John and Denise for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile!

The place was wonderful. Very charming and homey, spotless with all the amenities and conveniences you could need. The information included in Joe’s binder gave great recommendations for meals and attractions within easy driving distance. We had never traveled to that area before and found the local scenery beautiful. Thanks for a lovely experience!

We really enjoyed our time in Hudson! The house was walkable to lots of shops and restaurants in town. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was, as well (plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils) . Wesley was responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun trip upstate 😊

Where to start?! This beautiful home is situated right on the esopus creek. There are songbirds, ducks, geese and some very pretty Osprey around the property. The house itself is clean and modern with everything you could possibly need for a getaway. Tim was so helpful and accommodating with us. We loved our stay and the area. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Elle’s house. The bedrooms and living spaces were thoughtfully laid out and decorated beautifully. A short drive to lots of little cafés and hiking trails. We appreciated the quiet solitude of this little getaway in the Berkshires, and the ping pong table too. We didn’t get to use the lake (snow in April!) but hope to return to try again!

We’ve stayed at Kathy’s Yellow Door many times, or kids call it our vacation home. Kathy is a great host and she will always strive to make your stay enjoyable and stress free (unless you have a toddler like we do). Don’t hesitate to stay at Yellow Door.

Adorable cottage perfect for us (2 adults and a 16yo) in town for Mx race at Southwick. Immaculately maintained, adorable nice touches abounded….cookie mix ready to go for homemade choc chip cookies 😋. Zero reservation recommending this and will plan on being back at future events. The house was so unique! Every time you turn around there is a new discovery! It was a great location to just relax and nearby to Woodstock, which we enjoyed exploring. Hosts provided a lot of great recommendations and we are hoping to come back when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the yard and creek more! Highly recommend this property and it was a pleasure engaging with Alexandra and William!

An amazing house for a family stay in the Catskills area. Antonia has designed a beautiful home, with so many unique retro nods and details. The basement is an awesome additional space for everyone to hang out in. The backyard set up is also great- with easy access to the hot tub and a few steps to the lake. 15 min drive to great restaurants and things to do-Loved our stay here!

Anne Marie's place was exactly what we were looking for! It is extremely well stocked, with everything you might need, from kitchen appliances, extra blankets, many towels, etc. The surroundings were gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Anne Marie was friendly and very responsive, answering questions quickly and flexibly. We can't wait to come back!
