We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

Location is what sets this place apart. After walking up and down all day in beautiful Dubrovnik it was nice to have a place which was easy to reach ( stairs are a part of the experience). Wonderful vacation!

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

This amazing villa is in a superb location, peaceful yet a short drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. The whole place was spotless and when we arrived there was the most delicious chocolate cake as well as lots of other treats. The pool, pool table and table tennis table was ideal and kept us all busy ! The bedrooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. Having 3 bathrooms was just perfect. Both the inside and outside kitchens were extremely well stocked. We even got goodbye gifts when we left which was so sweet and a personal touch. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone considering a visit to Croatia.

What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

This was a great find & perfect for a family break with my sisters & husbands. Maro was a great host sorting transfers from & to the airport he answered any questions we had promptly & also sorted a private boat ride around the beautiful islands. This home is a short drive to Dubrovnik and is between the two harbours of Srebreno and Mlini which have lovely little cafes, restaurants and beaches. You can walk for bakery and basic groceries or drive 5 minutes to a larger grocery store. The pool area and view is spectacular. We ate all our at home dinners outside on the large dining table. It would be nice to have a few basic kitchen supplies in the smaller kitchens by the bedrooms (plates, cups, glassware, cutlery) but we managed easily enough by bringing them up from the main kitchen. This home was perfect for our family of 3 couples and a baby. Mato was warm and welcoming and gave us great parking advice for Dubrovnik!

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Wowowow this place is incredible. We stayed as a group of 8, 4 couples and each felt like we had our own private areas & bathrooms. The view from the apartment is seriously beautiful. Even staying out of season we were able to try out the best local restaurants & have a boat day which was just amazing! Big thank you to Maja, Petra and Toni our skipper!! Spacious villa, super clean and well stocked. Great location, close to supermarket and amazing view. Host was super responsive and friendly. Gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars. Easy check in and check out. 5 stars!!!

The villa is a really exceptional standard and we had such a comfortable stay. There is everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean. The ice machine was a really helpful bonus and the fridge was stocked with lovely wine and cool drinks for our arrival - thank you Marija!! The views are amazing from the pool and from the terraces. Marija is such a welcoming and friendly host and full of helpful information about the local area. If there is anything she doesn't know she finds out really quickly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said there is a very steep road up to the villa but very manageable and only a few minutes walk to get to supermarkets and the bakery and a great restaurant. Uber works really well for pickup/dropoff at the villa if anyone can't manage the hill and definitely better to bus or taxi into Dubrovnik as the traffic is mad! Can't recommend highly enough - the villa and its host Marija are just superb!!

Amazing!! We stayed in Vojo's place after a busy week of touring. It was so peaceful and the views are spectacular. No need for a car, the old town is within walking distance and we also used Uber a few times. Vojo was so gracious. Our son had a bad foot injury and Vojo and his wife went out of their way to help him. Also, Vojo arranged for a private transfer to airport for a 5am pickup which was perfect. Definitely book this house you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place and a very friendly, helpful host

A lovely, well-equipped house with all mod cons, and things that made it a fun place to hang out with the family, such as a pool table, table football, an outdoor BBQ and fantastic pool. The view was stunning; we loved the location by the waterfront and near the Dubrovnik marina. It was wonderful to sit on the terrace and watch the sun go down. We took the canoe out (saw a kingfisher), and went out on the bikes, which were provided. It's a bus ride into Dubrovnik old town, which is an amazing place. We would have welcomed an information folder with local knowledge - for example, we weren't sure where to catch the bus, or find the local GP surgery, etc and came across by chance an amazing bakery with caffe bar on the last day, which we would have frequented quite a bit had we known about it. When we did ask the hosts for information, they came back promptly with a response, however.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen.Die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Fotos.Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ideal für Selbstversorger. Zudem gibt es viele gemütliche Ecken zwischen Haus und Strand, wo man sich ausruhen kann. Am Strand ist ein Kanu und ein Stand Up Board, welches wir sehr gerne benutzt haben. Der Pool ist perfekt wenn man sich zu später Stunde noch abkühlen möchte. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.

This house is AMAZING and has everything you need. Immaculately cleaned on arrival and lovely welcome drinks and food. Great property for a big group or 2 families- lots of areas around the property to spread out and chill. So much to do in the house too. The pool area is the best bit- it was truly magical. The photos of this house do not do it justice- it was much better than we imagined. All our transfers and other requests were met. For future guests - make sure you have a car as this house is quite far away in the mountains- stunning views but definitely need a car as it's not exactly where it is on the Airbnb map. Loca taxi drivers were amazing though. We will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

Var helt fantastisk og enda bedre og finere enn på bildene. Miro var veldig service innstilt. Utrolig frodig og koselig med masse blomster og busker rundt huset . Anbefaler virkelig denne perlen av et hus til andre 😊

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa! Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, met een prachtig zwembad en een adembenemend uitzicht. Onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt met de tafeltennistafel, het basketbalveld en natuurlijk het zwembad. ’s Avonds was het heerlijk ontspannen in de jacuzzi. Matija is een ontzettend gastvrije host en gaf ons fijne tips voor uitstapjes in de mooie omgeving. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf – en vooral van het geweldige uitzicht. Een aanrader!

Wow what a villa this was. The photos look great but it's more beautiful in reality. it had everything you needed and was very spacious and clean for 2 families. Anela the owner had messaged me with tips and recommendations and was super friendly. We arrived late on Thursday night so her mum and brother came around in the morning to drop off a beautiful platter of food which was local and home made. Towels were replaced in the week and the pool and outdoor area were amazing. The location is great too as not far from the airport and Cavtat was not far too which was lovely. Overall, an amazing holiday and villa and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Croatia

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marinas place. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a lovely pool area and great views down to the sea. As we didn’t have a car Marinas husband drove us up to the supermarket to stock up on heavy items such as water etc. The beach is a 5 minute walk and then a further 10 minute stroll along the coast to Cavtat with cafes and restaurants along the way. There is a water taxi stop to Dubrovnik just after the cafe when you get to the beach. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Cavtat.

Truly fantastic! We had a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ana is such a friendly and attentive host, we felt very well taken care of. She took great care in providing local information and she was very responsive all through our stay. At the we got the opportunity to try local cheese and honey. The villa was tidy with all amenities. The pool was amazing and perfect for a morning or evening swim. The photos really underestimate the beauty of the villa and pool. We got plenty of towels. There even was a mini bar. The bells from cows on the field just next to the swimming pool really made us feel relaxed and far away from city noise. We made our own pizzas from the open wood pizza oven. They were unimaginable delicious. Only 15 km away you find a nice town where you can do grocery shopping and buy cheap ice-cream 😊. It took us 1 – sometimes 1.5 hours to get to the coastline of Dubrovnik but Bosnia has so much to offer so don’t bother. Anyone who is lucky

Die Villa Miriam ist stylisch und schön ausgestattet. Die Räume sehen aus wie auf den Bildern. Praktisch war auch die Toilette draußen im Poolhaus. Für den Ankunftstag haben wir Lebensmittel und Getränke im Kühlschrank vorgefunden, was sehr gastfreundlich war. Auch Handtücher für den Pool waren vorhanden. In der Küche darf man keine Lebensmittel offen stehen lassen, da es Ameisen gibt. Wenn man alles wegräumt, ist es aber kein großen Problem. Wir haben die property Managerin über die Ameisen informiert, aber sie sagte, man kann nichts dagegen tun. Der Weinkühlschrank hat nicht funktionierte trotz Reparatur. An der Grenze haben wir einige Male eine längere Zeit warten müssen (bis zu einer Stunde). Es ist eine Glückssache wie viel dort los ist, da wir zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten unterwegs waren. Wenn die Grenze frei ist, kann man Dubrovnik sehr schnell erreichen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr schön und die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
