Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Our stay in North Beach was lovely! This was the perfect getaway for us, our 11-month old baby, and our dog. The house came equipped with all features as-advertised, including the hot tub, Peloton equipment, and coffee gear (all of which we used). Our dog loved the sunny lookouts, and our baby loved crawling and climbing the many stairs. (The house was extremely clean, and we had no qualms letting the baby crawl everywhere.) Kim and Scott were especially responsive; there was a brief issue the night we arrived, and they were right over to fix it in-person. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a great neighborhood and a suitable stay for our needs. There were some hiccups with entry due to technical issues but the host was incredibly responsive, helping us solve these issues promptly. I would add the stairs are a bit steep inside, which was fine for us but just calling it out for those with mobility issues. Overall, it's a lovely home and will definitely be staying again for our next trip to DC.

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

Great place to get away, cozy historic home with a beautiful rooftop patio. Lovely location to go out and explore, grab some food and drinks, or stay in with your favorite people and enjoy some fun in the sun. It would be nice to have on site parking, but a public park isn’t too far away to walk.

We had the most amazing time staying at this Airbnb for our girls' weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to so many fantastic restaurants and bars, which made it so easy to explore and enjoy the area. The photos on the listing were spot-on; everything looked just like the pictures. We especially loved the back patio at night. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun getaway!

Anne’s space is absolutely it. We went for a 2-day stay while in Baltimore & it helped me fall in love with the city all over again. She is SUPER communicational and even had light snacks available when we arrived. (banana,apple,yogurt,granola) this is the perfect place in between the city and urban-local Baltimore.

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

Don't overthink it... just book it! Everything the other reviewers said is accurate... it's a great location and you will be very comfortable!

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Jordan’s place was absolutely wonderful and made our weekend family trip to Baltimore extra special. The kids had a blast with the arcade games and loved the TV setup! The location couldn’t have been better—super convenient for visiting the Inner Harbor and catching an Orioles game. We also enjoyed having some great coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Jordan was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. We did have one small issue, but Jordan handled it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds

Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Our first time in DC and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. George was an amazing helpful host. We even left a few items behind and he reached out to see if we would like them shipped! Absolutely would recommend his place to anyone! Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

My spouse and I just moved to the area. The condo was great and exactly what we needed as we looked for permanent housing!! Overall, the place was clean and tidy. When we arrived there were some strange stains in the carpet, but Kierstin responded away and got it cleaned. A few of the dishes and pots were on the verge of breaking and, again, Kierstin responded right away and had new dishes and pots sent to the condo. The place is conveniently located with easy access to 695 as well as some good restaurants. For a 6 week stay, this place was great!
