It has all the charms of an older home like original pine floors and tavern-style doors, but with a modern kitchen, bathroom, internet, and AC. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is beautiful!

It has all the charm that you would expect to find in a cute studio apartment! Built by a local architect Tj Collins in the 1920’s.
