The location is wonderful and the unit was the perfect size for our family of five. The beach and pier is a beautiful setting! The pool was much appreciated on hot days. Lots of accessible activities.

Spacious villa in prime location! It was a delight to be on the top level unit right on the beach! Jo-Anne and Jenniffer were very helpful leading up to the stay. The management company team on the premises was extremely responsive— everyone was very gracious and accommodating. The whole unit was beautifully maintained and spotless.

We spent 13 days at the villas at Cocoplum. We loved the location being in the middle of the peninsula. Having a golf cart gave us all the freedom we needed to do all we wanted. The pool and private dock were a huge plus. The staff at Cocoplum were very friendly and very helpful. Very easy location to experience the many excursions Belize has to offer. The villa has everything you need. We would highly recommend staying at Cocoplum villas.

We were two families traveling together looking for a nice space to relax with our kids for the week. The condos had separate living space, but joining balconies, which was really nice for privacy, but also able to spend time with friends. Kitchen was very well stocked to cook all our own meals. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. The other residents were really kind to our kids at the pool. Overall a great place for families, or any larger group traveling together. Our host was really proactive and communicated well. We would definitely stay again.

Cocoplum Condos are great. We have stayed at over 20 condos in the past few years. The pool area is our all time favorite. It has beautiful trees for partial shade and is next to a lovely sand beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a car rental and Herbert sent directions to the condo and was waiting for us when we arrived. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings when we weren't in the pool or hot tub! This is a perfect condo for two couples or a family with children.

This condo was great! Management was very helpful with assisting us with planning activities and meals. Be aware that the location is a bit away from Placencia village and will require a golf cart or car. We were a bit nervous driving the golf cart after dark, so used a taxi service for dinners. Taxis are a bit expensive. Be aware that there are sandflies on the beach, particularly around sunset, they were a minor annoyance, but be sure to have bug repellant on, when walking the beach, this is an issue all across Belize. This was our homebase for activities in the area, which included a visit to Cockscomb, Ranguana Caye and fishing. (They picked us up and delivered us with a pile of fish at the Cocoplum dock). We enjoyed meals, lounging and drinks on the beach right next door at the Naia resort. I am a photographer and enjoyed the cool mornings on the patio taking photos of beautiful birds right from the patio. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

we rented this place with our friends on kids. this was a perfect location. the private pool, and the beach was amazing. check in was very simple and helpful. I will definitely come back to this place again.

Kimberly’s support, services, recommendations and responsiveness was exemplary. She helped us in so many ways and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was outstanding. The resort was peaceful, protected from the wind and was very private. Long walks on the beach, lounging at the palapa, paddling to the false Caye near by, shopping at the nearby village, swimming off the dock and just lounging on the beach were just a few our highlights here.

We loved our stay here and will absolutely come back!! It’s in such a great location and the pool and beach are wonderful. Plus it’s only a short drive to the village from the house! Our kids loved it and so did we - we will absolutely be back!

This was our first trip to Belize. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed fishing from the pier, swimming in the pool and kayaking. The villa was comfortable and clean. It has all the necessities and comforts of home. Herbert was very responsive to our questions including the staff who made us feel welcome. I would recommend a vehicle to go into Placencia. We did book several excursions and they picked us up at the Villas. Highly recommend staying at the Villas at Cocoplum! Carla L.,

Ratka and Byron were phenomenal. They gave us great recommendations for food and activities. The place was beautiful and everyone was very friendly . They even were able to add air to our rental car tire . Truely full service . I would recommend their resort to anyone wanting to travel to Belize.

A wonderful uncrowded resort with all of the amenities you need. Great condo, fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Herbert and the other staff are so friendly and helpful, they were wonderful! The pool is amazing, we played in the water and jumped off the pier. We ate next door twice and enjoyed how quick it was to get to Placencia

Great value for this functional 2 bedroom condo. Loved the ocean front view and balcony with awesome breezes. As described, clean and comfortable.

A great complex and our unit was a few hundred feet from the ocean and the pool was even closer. Some wonderful restaurants in the area and Palencia was only a 10-15 min drive once you account for the speed bumps :)

The home was clean and spacious. The instructions to access the condo were clear and easy to follow. Upon arrival we did notice a smell in the main area of the place which the Vacasa team was quick to respond and offer to refresh the space. We also had a glass blind that was previously broken and an a/c that was dripping and they arrived quickly to address theses issues as well. The grounds were beautiful with direct access to the ocean and a lovely pool and deck were great to enjoy the warm weather. It was a short drive to the end of the peninsula for some activity and restaurants. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

great location and felt pretty safe.....lots of construction on the units right next to us and above us which wasn't mentioned, but what can ya do, that's Belize there's construction everywhere....walking distance to everything we never used our car and didn't get a golf cart for this part of our 2 week trip....we enjoyed all the neighborhood bars and cages, had a great time.....

L’endroit était parfait. Piscine, plage, quai, tout était super. Nous avons adoré Sherman, le chien le plus amical que nous avons rencontrés. Le seul bémol est comme dans de nombreux endroit dans le sud, que si vous laisser de la nourriture sur le comptoir de cuisine les fourmis viendront et dévoreront vos provisions. Merci pour tout.

Our accommodations were very nice and exactly as advertised. The second floor balcony had an awesome view of the pool and ocean which was perfect for coffee or an evening cocktail. We hope to return soon!
