This is our third stay with Mike & Beth. The cottage was cozy & very clean. They provided everything we needed & so much more. Location is great for winter & summer! we can’t wait to book with them again! Again, thank you Mike & Beth for always being so accommodating & making your cottages feel like home! 😊

Paradise on the Lake was just that….Paradise. From Kayaking to swimming, Paradise on the lake was exactly what our two families needed. A great place to unwind before back to school. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was very cozy.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, very clean and private, enjoyed having the hot tub and fire pit.

From the detailed instructions to being welcomed with a warm, beautiful smelling cabin with music playing to the fantastic spa, everything about this stay was thoughtful and done with care. Stacey and Brian could not have been any more wonderful. They even took extra-special care of us when a wind storm blew in and knocked out the power. It's always a challenge to find pet-friendly stays that are super-clean. However, that was not an issue here. Other than the special bowls, towels, and treats they left for our pup, you would never know any animals had stayed there. Having a private spa at your disposal doesn't hurt either! starting and ending a day of hiking with a Nordic spa is a little slice of heaven! All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased, and we would recommend to anyone ☺️

Beth & Mike have definitely gone above and beyond with this place! It’s an absolute beauty with hidden gems in every corner. They even had the sweetest welcoming sign for us at the door, too cute! The beds were very comfortable, access to the ATV trail was very easy to find and I have to say the s’mores by the fire watching the boats go up and down topped it off for me!! Communication was always top notch and Mike & Beth will go the extra mile to help with anything! Much appreciated & again thank you for sharing this beautiful spot with us. This was our third visit to Lynn’s. House was very clean and the wine and cheese were a very nice touch. Loved the view! We’ll definitely be back.

It was a wonderful cottage - there was nothing we 'wanted for' right down to Q-tips in the bathroom! It really was a home away from home. The location was gorgeous, with a fabulous view of the lake. Karen is a very gracious host, making sure that we had everything we needed, as well as greeting us upon our arrival. We look forward to a return visit to Karen's cottage next summer.

Great place for our family to get together. Close to the water with everything we needed. Lots of games and puzzles for rainy days. We really enjoyed our stay.

Secluded and quiet place to kick back. beds were very comfortable and hosts made us at feel at home. John even started the campfire for us. we were shown around the shared kitchen and everything we needed was right there, even greeted by their friendly dog Ellie. Highly recommend !

Super endroit paradisiaque! Tout étais parfait! l'endroit est charmante et le froid hivernale a été réchauffée d'un bon feux de bois. mon fils a adoré trouver des jouets pour l'occuper en attendant l'arriver du père noël. Nous adorerions y retourner durant une autre saison afin de profiter du lac.

Was a great “ off grid” location that had everything you needed for a weekend surrounded by nature. Camp was plenty big with huge screened in porch area.

Carrie and Roger have a beautiful oasis on the Nashwaak river that I am very grateful they feel to share. The accommodations were fantastic, everything was in its place, felt very fresh and new. Very impressed on how much is included in their cottage. From the welcome package treats to the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, with extras in case you forget something. In was a great experience to which my kids were asking if we could move there within the first 60 seconds of pulling in the driveway. A real cozy feeling place to stay and very hospitable owners!! Would highly recommend and hope we can stay there again soon. 12out of 10 review. 5 stars for sure. Thanks again Carrie and Roger.

A friend and I were travelling with our two dogs. The Rusty Lantern cafe was wonderfully located, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. We would definitely love to come back and will highly recommend to anyone we know travelling through thia area. The cabin did have wifi, the beds were comfy cozy, and the water had amazing pressure and was hot. All the necessities! The fresh bread made the place an 11/10.

We had a wonderful stay at Shelley and Carolle’s cabin! The place was absolutely beautiful — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed and more, from a fully equipped kitchen to those little extra touches that made it feel like home. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a peaceful and welcoming space. Shelley and Carolle were fantastic hosts — kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!

Just wow! I arrived and asked about a local store or restaurant and Laura offered to prepare something for me. She made a delicious pasta dish that was perfect! Lovely people and I highly recommend this cozy break from the rush of life. I would look forward to staying here again when in the area.

The place was clean and cozy. Rodney was flexible and easy to communicate with. Snow was cleared well (there was alot!) and was safe. Kids enjoyed exploring the property!

A nice spot to get away from it all and recharge.

We had a wonderful time at Faye’s place. It is such a cute, charming cabin in the woods and Faye was such a great host! So helpful and responsive, so caring. Would definitely go back!!

Natasha's sweet place is just the best. This is my fourth stay here with gal pals. It is perfectly set up and accommodating for us. The beds are over the top comfy as are the pillows and bedding. Her kitchen is the best stocked kitchen, in an AirBNB, that I have ever seen! Ever! I would not hesitate to recommend it for a nice weekend of comfort and fun.

Very welcoming from the start. The place is cozy and inviting with a rustic vibe. The hot tub was a great way to end the evening with nothing but the sound of the nearby water and a view of the stars. The place is next to their bed and breakfast, but is still very private and peaceful. We will return again in the future.
