Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Steel Away (Cottage)

We now have a fully renovated, waterfront cottage available for weekend getaways or extended escapes. An open concept complete with a Queen bed and two twins bunks, kitchen, bathroom, deck and private hot tub. Located at the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay, guests can enjoy all the Island has to offer from our central location, or get away from it all and enjoy the Off Season star filled nights from the comfort of a hot tub.

This beautiful 3500 square foot, 4 bedroom house is located in West Royalty subdivision minutes to downtown Charlottetown but has a country feel. The back deck overlooks city green space and wooded area which includes a stream. We are only 20 minutes away from our world famous north shore beaches and our quaint south shore beaches. The back deck is off the kitchen and has seating where you can enjoy the view while you barbeque.
