Enjoy the tranquil and peaceful environment with panoramic views over the Stranveld’s mountains and fynbos. Fijnbox is a 20ft eco container cabin situated on the mountain side overlooking Murasie and the small town, Baardskeerdersbos The cabin is perfectly suited for two adults, a great romantic gateway. This self-catering eco cabin is secluded and powered by solar and gas. It has a lovely braai lapa, with a wood fired hot tub on the patio. We provide all the luxuries you need during your stay.

Bird’s Nest Cottage is perfect for a weekend getaway or as a base to explore the Overberg area. Or why not stopover on your way to somewhere else? The Cottage is nestled in the hub of the heritage area of Stanford Village. It has its own private entrance and garden with braai facilities, a kitchenette and a table for dining or work. Or simply relax in the small private courtyard. Conveniently positioned in walking distance of local amenities and restaurants, or the Klein River for a quick dip.

Mountain & Sea Cottage

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

Nestled in a poplar forest, this tiny home is perfect for a couple wanting to venture into the platteland & escape their daily routines. Sheltered in the summer by a lush canopy, in winter, stripped bare, inviting in the blue skies. In stormy cold weather a combustion oven works it's magic warming "THE TINY" making for cosy winter cuddling! The small forest forms part of LOKAL, a 1ha property, with an vegetable garden , Orchards of fruit & nuts, some chickens & the Garden Cottage.

Belle Cabine - Log Cabin in the Milkwood Trees

20 Mins from Hermanus and 1.5hrs from Cape Town, hidden in the beautiful Middlevlei Nature Reserve on the mouth of the Bot River is this majestic log cabin. The cabin is situated within a 200m walk of the lagoon and 1km from the beach. It consists of 2 bedrooms (2 x DBL bed, 1x Single Bunk) & 2 bathrooms, indoor fireplace, open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area downstairs with a balcony upstairs. There is a large outdoor entertainment area with a built-in braai and picnic table.

Betty's Bay is well known for its unspoiled nature, mountain, fynbos, beaches, lakes and gorgeous African (jackass) penguins. The penguins are within walking distance. The famous Harold Porter Botanical gardens is 5 minutes drive away. Betty's Bay has endless hiking, surfing, angling and snorkeling opportunities. A local grocery store is about 700 metres from the house.

Oppiedam Family Cabins (Flamingo)

The cabin is situated right on the edge of the Bot River lagoon. Has a big garden and the views are fantastic! Within walking distance of the beach and close to communal pool and tennis courts. Cozy 2 bedroomed double-storey log cabin, with two bathrooms. Queen size bed, double bed and single bed on the mezzanine. The wild horses often graze in front of the cabin and at times there are hundreds of terns and flamingos! Fully equipped for self-catering.

Enjoy the best of both worlds at this spacious beach house with stunning mountain views, just a short walk to Onrus Beach. We've had happy holidays at our family beach house for 47 years. It's right on the sea with an easy walk to the harbour where the Great White Shark cage diving boats leave from. Lovely road along the sea to Danger Point lighthouse. Fireplace, child friendly and very relaxing!
