Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). The space has WiFi, a smart tv and complimentary coffee. This prime location is only ~20 minutes from Mount Rose, ~35 from the shore of Lake Tahoe, and ~15 from Downtown Reno.
