A lovely apartment, large, clean, with a nice kitchen. The location is great & it was easy to get into the apartment. Dario is proactive with information about the area & the apartment. I’d stay again.

Had an extended stay here, a little over a month. Not only was the studio great, the location was perfect, right on the main downtown strip of Fredericksburg. Dario also went above and beyond, and was very responsive to our messages. I would absolutely stay here again on another trip to the area.

The unit was nicer than I anticipated. It's like an extended stay hotel suite but bigger and nicer. I couldn't hear anyone in the other units which was good. There was always parking available. Just be sure to call in advance about pets ($25/night with $150 max fee per pet, up to two pets.) They accept dogs, but not cats. I had my rabbit with me and encountered no issue. Laundry on-site - works best with tapping type credit cards, rather than swipe/chip cards. Vicky at the front desk is very nice and friendly.

We have enjoyed staying here on our last three visits to Fredericksburg. The setting is very private and peaceful, and the inside space is relaxing and inviting. Although there are only a few windows in the apartment, it is beautiful and bright inside and does not feel like we are in a basement apartment. The shower is huge and the entire apartment is always sparkling clean. We always appreciate the great communication with Debra. We highly recommend this apartment!

My husband and I came in for my nieces wedding and we picked a property that seemed accessible for a wheel chair while still having room to see family who wanted to stop in and visit. This place was more than enough. From suggestions about where to go and what to do to putting us on bird watch for Petey the peacock our stay could not have been better! Trish and Glen are so kind! Also if you are worried about privacy with hosts living in the home above, don’t. We had all the privacy we wanted!

Cool place to stay. we didnt get to do much because we only had a night there. Was a great place for a quick overnight stay on our trip home. We would stay again for sure. there was definitely a local pub in walking distance but we are from NYC so walking is in our DNA. Definitely would stay again. Nice fenced in yard to let the dogs out. Would recommend.

Our stay at the Modern Cavern exceeded expectations! The place is absolutely beautiful, well-designed, and incredibly convenient for our needs. Omar was a great host, and I truly appreciate his hospitality—apologies for my friends not reading the details! Regardless, everything was smooth, and I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a swim meet for the weekend. The apartment was a short drive to the pool and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating.

I had a great stay! The space actually looks better than the pictures. It’s a peaceful, private apartment vibe. Amenities were great and just as described. Host was great at communicating. Nothing bad to say.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Katie took good care of us from the moment we stepped foot in the Airbnb. She made sure everything was up to par, always offering to help with anything we needed. When she found out we were in town for a funeral, her and her husband gave us a handwritten card sending their condolences. The hot tub was absolutely perfect!!! She had it ready for us when we got there. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, a fridge and even coffee, sugar, and creamer, and water bottles!!! The water pressure was great. The scenery was beautiful. I wish we had another week to stay and relax. The beds were comfy and the place was cozy and quaint. If I am in the area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Katie soooo much!!! God bless you all!! You made this hard trip so much easier for us. We will never forget it.

La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Tuve varias dudas sobre el lugar y el hospedaje, y respondió a todas ellas. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente para poder acceder al departamento y al wifi a la llegada, debido a que no tenía un número de EEUU la comunicación fue compleja en ese momento, pero se superó de manera óptima y rápida. Por otro lado, al no ser de la zona, no tenía noción de que espacios como la piscina no están disponibles en estas fechas, me habría gustado eso se indicara en el anuncio. Pero, en general, la estadía fue agradable, cómoda y me sentí respaldada por la anfitriona en mi primera visita a la ciudad.

This Airbnb was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature and truly unwind, this is it. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sight of horses each morning was a magical bonus. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a peaceful, nature-filled retreat!
