Centrally located, downtown, 800 sq. ft. heated solarium suite - bedroom, living room, small bathroom and kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, electric frypan, mini fridge - not a full kitchen) and sleeper couch, attached to the back of my home. Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Solarium is full of plants. Beautiful front water view plus gardens.

Come and enjoy our cozy waterfront 4 season cabin. It has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Full size kitchen (stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker & kettle) & bathroom (shower only). 32 inch TV with a Firestick, there is no cable. There is WIFI. Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Natural light filters through the tall maple trees at this 3 bed/2 bath house with its many large windows and sunroom. Located on the shipping channel you will often see freighters traveling both ways while you sit at the shore. Situated on a quiet, dead-end road with very little traffic but with neighbours nearby.
