Ryan was a very responsive host who offered up great recommendations. Place was clean and within walking distance of the Notre Dame campus.

Great place to stay in South Bend. Close enough to campus and Eddy Street but far enough away for peqceful evenings. Will definitely sray here again.

I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

Our host Velvet and David are incredible people. Their hands on care when we as being elderly and having trouble with fobs was incredible. The location was fabulous. So near to Notre Dame university and to the beautiful squeaky clean downtown South Bend We even ran into some Notre Dame football players in the elevator. They were courteous as well.

Highly recommend! Felt very homey! Loved the view! Will definitely be booking again in the future !

John's house is about two miles north of the Blue Lot at Notre Dame. We were in South Bend for a football game. The house was very nice, plenty of room, three good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, also pretty roomy. This place was easy to navigate, uncluttered, everything we needed in the kithchen (we only cooked a little). Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommend!

Apartment was fantastic. A short distance to ND, as described. Lauren was great and offered a ton of recommendations to local eateries and was always responsive. Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. Sharon sent clear instructions, and we found the space to be comfortable and clean. Nice walkable neighborhood; we walked to the Morris Theater for a concert. This would be an ideal place to stay for a Notre Dame game or visit. We would stay here again.

This place is amazing, very cutesy. I honestly thought it’d be smaller but it’s very spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend to whoever. Also she is very friendly and tries her best to make her guest feel welcomed !

Best place we have stayed in South Bend, our son is a senior at Notre Dame, and I only wish we had found this sooner. Teena went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, stocking the kitchen with a few of our favorite things and making sure we knew how to get in to the house before arrival. The home is very comfortable, with space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Bathroom was stocked with products in case we forgot anything. Location is walkable to ND campus, Eddy street and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We could not be more grateful to Teena for making our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will be back!

I don’t know what was better- the hosts, property, or the location. Upon arrival the unit was filled with beverages, snacks, and other food basics. The queen bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the large sized bedroom. Parking was easy and I loved our yard. I urge people to take advantage of the trail across the street whether it is to walk, run, bike, or kayak. It is walking distance or brief drive to ND campus, bars, and restaurants. We also took advantage of the 45 minute drive to Silver Beach at Lake Michigan. Whether you are looking for a short getaway or an extended stay like we did, do not look any further. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at condo #165. It is a beautiful place, well stocked, and very clean!!

Accommodations were as described. Jennifer was communicative and responsive. An easy and convenient place to stay.

This was the perfect fast weekend escape my partner and I needed!! We loved cooking all our meals in the kitchen (which was amazingly stocked). Lots of cute towns and shops near by as well!!

It was nice and we loved the hot tub!
