Morgan was an amazing host! She was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was in the perfect area right near St John's Town Center and close to the beaches for easy commute. It was a beautiful unit that was easy to access and we felt right at home the minute we walked in. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit the area.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect and having two parking spaces was so nice, especially in that area. The coffee shop being directly downstairs was amazing. We were able to grab coffee or lunch whenever we needed. That being said with the coffee shop being on the bottom floor it can get a little noisy since they open very early but we didn't mind. The property was so beautiful all the finishes were well thought out. We loved the wrap-around porch.

Ashley was a very accommodating host. She responded to any inquiries in a timely manner. The place was clean and everything we needed was there. It was very convenient to enter the garage building and apartment. Thank you Ashley for making your place available to me.

Super nice ….loved the pool and the exercise room …the place was super clean and Luke was super accommodating ….he was quick to respond and take care of any and all needs ….i would recommend staying here for any couple or small family …Luke is an amazingly friendly and fast responsive host ..!!

Great location, easy to find. Lots of places to eat in the area. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4. Pool and rec area were outstanding. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

My family and I were so pleased with our stay at Luke’s🙂💕 I was very happy and comfortable. This is a beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath., with a Balcony, spacious kitchen with beautiful hardwood floors! And, it was clean.😇💕 We could prepare our meals and do laundry when needed! Luke responded quickly to any question that I had. I will most definitely rent from him again in the future!

It was perfect for what I needed for the weekend. Simple, easy to find, comfortable and clean. I'd stay here again for sure!

Our stay was for 3 families. Well appointed beach theme. Options of bedrooms , 4.5 baths to please all. Master had heated floor in its bath. Pre-teens loved the bonus TV room in the garage play area that opened to the pool. Beautiful patio area. Accommodated 9 easily for meals indoors and outdoors. Plenty of dish ware and kitchen essentials. Webber grill and fire pit were terrific with the privacy fence and string lighting. Emails to PMI were responded to timely. Front garage had a canvas cart with chairs and boogey boards to make it easier to walk to the beach and crossing A1A. Cars were allowed on the beach 🏖️ so that was an option. Publix was close by. We chose to cook and have meals at the house because it was so resort-like. Walked to the end of the street to the inter-coastal to see a beautiful sunset. Loved our stay. We stayed during peak season so it was pricy, but the many features of the property made us all happy with the choice. A day in St Augustine.. Beach was perfect.

Blissful location within walking distance of the Lighthouse and Anastasia State Park. It was actually lovely to be just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine, with the historic downtown only a short drive away. A perfect way to experience the city’s rich history while enjoying the peace and quiet of a charming neighborhood. The streets of the Lighthouse District, lined with lush, moss-draped trees, are incredibly romantic and beautiful.

My family plus another family had a perfect stay in the house. The endless activities for the kids were great, they were never bored. It made it enjoyable for the parents to sit around and relax while they all played. The hosts were wonderful, made great suggestions and were very accommodating. We also had great meals at restaurants that were walkable from the house. I'd come back in the Summer and stay in the house again.

Our stay at the green turtle house was nothing short of relaxing and peaceful! As our birthday bash of 4 birthdays on the same day along with Easter was spent at this house it was a great place for our family and friends to gather and fish and be together

We had such an amazing time at this place and definitely plan to come back! We were celebrating a family event and chose this spot for its location, but in person, it exceeded all our expectations. Our host was so quick to respond and made everything feel so easy. If you're ever in St. Augustine, you really should stay here—it's just a short 6-minute drive to downtown. Honestly, we didn't want to leave! Thanks for an unforgettable experience!
