Just like the listing. Great views. Clean and stocked. Nice host. Wonderful quiet beach. The offering of beach chairs and umbrellas (and other beach stuff) was helpful. Cute coffee bar was a nice touch. You can hear road noise at night from the bedrooms but that’s expected for the area/location.

The place was perfect for my husband and I and our little dog. We had a wonderful time! The drive to the dog beach (pier park) was about 20 minutes so not a bad drive at all. The backyard was great. Right on the bay, so beautiful. We didn’t have time to try out the kayaks but we would love to return. Chuck was super nice and responded messages promptly. Overall a great experience!

Precious vacation rental, with a great view of the ocean from the condo. The rental is within walking distance to the beach as well.

I stayed here 4 nights with my 21 year old daughter in April. It was just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The view of the blue-green ocean is amazing to wake up to. The balcony is big enough to seat 4 people comfortably. The kitchen has everything you might need if you want to cook. One of the things that caught my eye in the listing was that beach chairs were available. Not only were they available, but they were brand new and exactly what I have at home. Along with the beach towels provided, I couldn’t ask for more. And even though we were on the 16th floor, we never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator and they were super fast. The heated pool and hot tub were great as well. I would definitely recommend this condo and hopefully will make it back next year!

My wife and I loved this place! There were tons of great restaurants and shops close by and the beach was beautiful. There was a slight hiccup with the WiFi when we got there but it was figured out early the next day.

Joe was very communicative and gave great suggestions of local restaurants. The location is perfect - right on the beach! We were away from the spring break crowds and were able to relax. Perfect place if you are looking for a low-key vacation.

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb properties and this one is my favorite. The host Lee is very responsive and great guy. The Kayaks were much appreciated and the fishing was amazing. We caught 5 reds, 3 trout and a few flounder. When you first pull in there is a huge bald eagle nest in the pine tree. We saw the eagle 3 times and 2 fox. Awesome memories made and we will be back for sure.

This home was beyond our expectations; it was peaceful, private, clean, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by nature. It also included plenty of extras such as towels, kitchen items, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc. Paige was extremely responsive to all of questions and was proactive in providing recommendations to for the area. We highly recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed!

David’s place was exactly as pictured and so peaceful. The view off the back deck this morning was just beautiful. His recommendations for local restaurants were a plus. I would have never known the local restaurant he suggested “the Salty Donkey” was there without that book. You can tell that he put a lot of care into building that home and the story of using the timber from the property was very interesting.

We loved our stay. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, basically perfect. I had to some work and the WiFi was great. I would 100% stay again. John had great recommendations and was super responsive. He even let us stay a little later on check out day. If you’re looking for a place in the Wakulla area this one is PERFECT!

This was the perfect location for us. We had our wedding at Shell point Beach. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had guest from New York. The house had the perfect amount of space for everyone. The view from both decks was outstanding. At this time of the year we were able to see both the sunrise and the sunset.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the view was even better! Joni and her husband Corey were very friendly and responsive, and gave us a personal tour of the property upon our arrival. They had kayaks for our group to use on the river and left plent of fire wood for us to enjoy the firepit. Thank you so much for the awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Dmitriy’s condo. The condo has comfortable beds and sofas and is well stocked with initial supplies, towels, and beach towels. We loved the view of ocean from the balcony each morning with breakfast. The hosts were proactive ahead of check-in and super responsive when we had an issue getting cable in the unit. It was fixed within a few hours. The only downsides and these are more about the property, not the condo 1) is the gym is super outdated and needs new equipment and flooring (note the host shared that the condo assoc has it on their list to update soon), and 2) we wished that 1 of the 3 pools was designated as non-smoking. We aren’t smokers and found it difficult to avoid the smell of cigarettes.

Kelly was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The only minor issues: The bathroom toilet wasn't clean, and the dish washer wasn't clean, but it didn't affect our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

Our family visited for a long weekend for a family member’s graduation from FSU. Not being a huge fan of Tallahassee we wanted to experience the coast. Not only was the property gorgeous, there was so much to do. We went off shore fishing, spent time with the locals at Fathom’s Raw Bar, ventured over to dinner at Trident in Panacea, enjoyed the beach at St George Island and ventured over to Apalachicola for some shopping. A beautiful property with a great feeling of home. Get up early and watch the sunrise! Drink some wine on one of the two balconies. The property even had an elevator. Bring your beach towels. It was the only item we wished the property had. Coming from Wisconsin those are too bulky to pack!

We loved the beaches! Loved the corner unit, so we had a patio on two sides. We watched the sunset from the patio each night, & drank am coffee each morning. The condo was very comfortable & clean! Just beautiful!! I would definitely recommend this place & we plan to stay again! Easy check in & out!

The room is very close to the beach gate, so it was an easy and quick walk to the beach. Tommy Bahama chairs are provided, and those were very comfortable. This is great if you are flying in. Jessica and Tyler are very thoughtful. In the bedroom, they have a plastic shoe organizer filled with anything you may have forgotten, like aloe vera, sun tanning lotion, sun glasses etc. They also provide flashlights for night time walks on the beach. They also keep a Brita water pitcher in the fridge. We loved this because we are water snobs. We were sketpical of the bed at first, but it slept just fine, and we didnt wake up with any aches or pains. Lots of pillow options! We loved the balcony and the view! Tall chairs so you can see over the rail. The guests above us were a bit heavy footed. I think they were thoughtless to the people below them. This isn't a reflection on JeTy. Just be aware if you sleep light. If they are considerate, you should be fine. Great stay!
