My family and I stayed here for a single night on our way to Orlando. We have been to St. Augustine many times. For the most part, the hotels in the area are subpar. Finding Eileen’s beautiful home was perfect! It is incredibly spacious and clean. I highly suggest booking Eileen’s Cabana if you are going to be visiting St. Augustine!

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

Gibbs' place was great - very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. A short drive to all of St. Augustine's action and the parking pass saved me a LOT of money. Totally worth it!

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood that overlooks the local golf course. Heated pool and hot tub was great! Close to restaurants and the beach. Just a short drive to Daytona. Roland was quick to respond to any questions that I had. We would definitely recommend! Thank you again Roland!

Our stay was great, no issues at all. The Christmas all year round theme was fun and different. Easy access to everything we needed in the surrounding area.

Carissa made our trip to Palaka enjoyable. She gave us great instructions and responded quickly to our messages. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, from the air conditioning to the beds and all the conveniences provided. All the decor is very nice, and everything was spotless, and nothing broken. I would definitely recommend booking a stay in the area. It's close to some of the main roads that lead to St. Augustine, Jacksonville and other towns. We plan to book again soon.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate Easter with my family including our dogs. The home was very clean and comfortable. There are 2 very good dog friendly restaurants within a five minute walk. The location was so convenient to St. Augustine old town an easy walk over the bridge of loins. The neighborhood was safe and quite. We walked the dogs at night and early in the morning it was beautiful. The home has a lovely fenced in back yard that was so convenient with the dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee pots, nice pots and pans everything you need to cook a complete meal. I can’t say enough good things about this home. The check in was so simple no problems at all. I could go on and on. We loved it. Landra was fast in responding to my text messages and she gave us some good tips on restaurant selection in the area.

Amazing location on the lake, very quiet and peaceful. The home was spacious with beautiful views of the lake from the inside. The inside was super clean and smelt very nice when we arrived.

Location was perfect, Very welcoming and comfortable space, walking distance to everything.

This place was perfect for our Jax getaway. The space was able to accommodate my family of 3 without any problem. We had a few questions before & during our trip and the response were always quick!!! The community amenities (specifically the pool 😁) were added bonuses for our preteen. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely a five star rental . We will return. Do keep in mind that this is a gated community and guests must have a pass to enter. Brianna was on top of allowing us to have visits from our family .

Well-located, convenient, quiet location. Nice, roomy and comfortable unit. Undine (host) very accommodating, responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to others and likely to stay here when we visit in the future.

If you are looking for a place to stay with character and charm in the middle of all historic St. Augustine offers, this is the place! We walked the entire historic area, Flagler College, museums, and the marina. We never used our car after we arrived and it was tucked away behind the house in the secure private driveway. I made an error when I booked the unit and didn’t discover it for a few days but when I shared my mistake with Shannon she exceeded expectations and made it right for us. What a bonus to know you are doing business with someone who has integrity and a kind heart. Thank you again Shannon!

Charles and Fayes places was perfect in every way. Specious apartment and the porch was a perfect place to sit out on after a busy day. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit St. Augustine.

Great location and place was perfect for us two and our doodles! Found a great off leash fenced dog park nearby too! Private surroundings and next to awesome Bronx pizza Italian dinner spot right next door!! Huyen was super awesome and responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Found the condo to be more than we expected. Was very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The location could not have been any better.

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

We absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood is great—walkable, green, and filled with well-kept homes and yards. It was quiet at night and felt very private. The shared driveway with the garage apartment tenant was never an issue. The home itself is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully lit. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the comfortable mattress and pillows for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, with high-quality appliances (including a range hood that vents outside—a great plus!). There were plenty of dishes and tableware, and while the pots, pans and tools were fairly basic, they did the job well. We also appreciated the nice assortment spices, which made cooking full meals easy and enjoyable. Extra touches like the high-quality beach chairs were much appreciated. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish, and the hosts deserve a lot of credit for creating this welcoming experience

This home and property is absolutely spectacular. The home is beautiful and the lake on the property is breathtaking and peaceful. This place is a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a peaceful and gorgeous getaway with friends or family and very close to downtown St. Augustine.
