The suite is located in the heart of St.Albert, with walking distance to all amenities, parks, and trails, and a short 20-minute drive to West Edmonton mall. Small dogs can be accommodated.

Private, pet friendly suite - no cleaning fee!

This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome!
