Kuća je renovirana iznutra i moderno uređena s terasom i bazenom. U prizemlju se nalazi stan s kuhinjom, blagovaonicom, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom i spavaćom sobom. Na drugom katu se nalazi kuhinja, kupaona, dnevni boravak, dvije spavaće sobe i balkon s pogledom na more i otok Krk. Na prostranoj terasi nalazi se natkriveni prostor sa roštiljem i prostorom za sjedenje. U sklopu kuće nalazi se terasa, ležaljke i vrtna garnitura. Cijela kuća gostima je na raspolaganju sa privatnim parkingom.

Lavanda Holiday House is ideal for families with children. It is located near the beach (150 m). A shop, bakery, fruit shop, pharmacy and post office are a 6–7 minute walk away. The house is well equipped in shabby chic style and offers an outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue. One parking space is included (a second is available at extra cost). As the house has two floors, care is needed with children under 2. The island has flights from Germany, England, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Das Haus ist quasi ein Doppelhaus hintereinander gebaut. Einen Teil bewohnen wir selbst und den anderen Teil möchten wir ab sofort vermieten. Wir sind ein lebenserfahrenes, weltoffen und jung gebliebenes, lebenslustiges Paar und freuen uns riesig auf Dich und Euch!
