Ideal for couples, small families, walkers or guests travelling with dogs. The annex has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, self check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Across the road you’ll find river walks, a recreation field and easy access to the River Lyd. Lifton village has pubs, a shop, post office & a popular Farm Shop nearby.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
