Our home is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Please note that the pool is not heated. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
