This studio has a queen bed, fully stocked kitchenette, large refrigerator/freezer, Fire TV, and a quaint private fenced yard with lounge chairs. You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

Nature lovers feel at home in my cozy cabin that is one mile from the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena & adjacent to Hendricks Park - world famous Rhododendron garden w/ wild trails for running, walking & manicured gardens for strolling & picnics. My space is peaceful (no tv), comfy & practical. Queen bed with cotton sheets, coffee & tea on the kitchen shelf, outfitted for simple meal prep. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Charming Bungalow in the Washburne historic district. Ten minutes from the University of Oregon and downtown Eugene. We are located about five minutes from the McKenzie Willamette Hospital, and seven minutes away from Riverbend Hospital. A close walk to galleries, antique shops, new breweries, cafes, and the Wildish Community Theater. Near lovely hiking and biking areas along the Willamette river. Wi-Fi, DVD, and Roku are available for your pleasure as well as a stereo system.

Hidden from the street w/ a gated driveway for maximum privacy & secluded feel, yet close to everything!
