Pictures don’t do this place justice! Absolutely amazing setup. Backyard is the best to chill and hangout while the inside is great for entertaining. Great price for the location and the host couldn’t have been any better! Wish we could have spent more time there!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was in a great location—quiet and peaceful, just what we needed. It looked just like the photos and had a warm, inviting feel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were definite highlights of the trip. Would definitely stay again!

Super great home to stay in. Very well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable, the house was immaculate, and everyone in our party loved that we could easily spend time together in the main areas of the home but that there was also individual space. Great place! Close to Zion. Lots of great restaurants close by with groceries available nearby. The kitchen was so well appointed—everything you’d need. The house was spotless. Beds super comfortable. Clearly labeled instructions. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect right between Bryce and Zion. And after hiking all day we were able to come back to a great shower and super comfy beds. Really lovely home and calm, quiet location.

Beyond amazing stay in Kanab! Everything inside and out was so well done! This place impressed our college and high school kids too! So cute, comfy, and wonderful to relax and enjoy the area. Everything was thought of- games, pantry items, towels for the hot tub. I highly recommend Charie’s place ! She was so responsive and gave very helpful tips and insight before we arrived.

I’m not sure if I have ever had a better Airbnb experience. There were so many parts of our stay that were exceptional. Hank was immediately welcoming and hosted us as if we were longtime friends. He took the time to give detailed recommendations and assisted us with questions with such care and attention. It is clear True North was created with passion and purpose. Its setting within Zion is unmatched. There were beautiful hikes and vistas right outside our door. We had a wonderful time exploring Zion and are so grateful we were able to stay here!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The views of the gorgeous surroundings and the pond are so relaxing. The home is well taken care of and had everything we needed, you can tell the host cares about your comfort. This is the second year our family has stayed at this location, and we love it! It is convenient to lots of activities in the area, and the pool and the hot tub nearby are great to visit at the end of the day. This place has plenty of room for a family to relax, hang out, and sleep comfortably.

This was the perfect place for my mom and I to stay on our road trip! The pool and hot tub were the best part! The room was clean and very well kept. There were fun snacks and spa amenities for purchase. If we are ever in St. George again we would definitely want to stay here again!!!

Zion is simply amazing and the LaFave rentals offer a great housing option that is near to everything. The place itself is beautiful and easily accommodated our family of 5. Kitchen is well stocked, there's a pool + hot tub, a nice deck, etc. Overall, a 5 star experience - would definitely stay here again if/when returning to Zion!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! Our group had an incredible stay! The cabin was beautifully decorated, and exactly what we needed.

Words cannot describe the experience of staying at this AirBNB. I am confident that there is nowhere like it anywhere else in the world! Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) stayed here as our base for exploring Zion National Park and the surrounding area. While it a 45-60 minute drive to the park (depending on your route), the experience of staying at 40 Zion is absolutely worth the extra driving, as I am confident that there is nothing in Springdale quite like it. The house was clean, the hosts were incredibly responsive, and the setting was absolutely breath-taking. Half the fun was the harrowing drive up and down the mountain which, as described, does indeed require a 4x4 vehicle. In addition to visiting Zion, we took a hot air balloon ride in St. George (highly recommend Zion Balloons) and a sunset horseback ride in Hildale (highly recommend Blue Sage adventures). There was a grocery store nearby and many small local restaurants. Thank you for a magical stay. We loved it!

Came with family and had the best stay. Was close enough to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Secluded and had great views. Would definitely love to come back again.

Laura was an incredible host. Very responsive and super helpful. The directions were very clear and easy to find, she was very accommodating and even helped get some balloons to celebrate my son’s birthday while there. The cabin is a great location for sand dunes, rappelling in Orderville and mountain biking in Hurricane. The goats were a HUGE hit with my 3 sons, Laura even let them go in the pen with them and milk them!!! Highly recommend, would stay again. Having fresh eggs for breakfast was such a great treat. Thanks for a fab stay.

The Zion a-frame was amazing! Beautiful views and private location. Close to national parks, state parks, and much more. Looked exactly like the pictures. The hot tub and fire pit were great. Amazing star-gazing. Check-in was super easy and Steven communicated with us throughout our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

Woodland View was a good base for Zion & Bryce National Parks. It's off the beaten path & secluded with a few other homes scattered about in an up & coming development. Tony kept the lines of communication open & quick to respond for any questions. The wood burning hot tub (takes a good 1.5-2 hours to heat) was a nice respite after hiking, well worth it. The small towns of Duck Creek Village & Hatch are about 20 minutes away. Red Dirt Diner near Hatch was delish!

This cabin was the perfect home base for our southwestern Utah adventures. We woke up each morning with incredible views of the desert mountains, cooked breakfast, and played yard games. Then relaxed by the fire or in the hot tub after returning from our hikes. The Wild West theme of the cabin added a fun immersion to our experience. The bedrooms were super comfy and it was fun sleeping up in the loft like Goldilocks and the 3 bears. Great for a low-key bachelor party like us, or a family trip with kids.
