The Stone Cottage

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.

The Historic Rose Cottage is a charming retreat located on the main street near the town center in Springdale and offers scenic views of Zion National Park. It is within walking distance of local restaurants, galleries, and shops. The property is also conveniently located steps away from the free park shuttle for easy access to the park. The property features a curated vintage atmosphere that is artsy, warm and inviting. Original oil paintings in the cottage are available for purchase.

Come stay in our 1100 square foot historic (circa 1858) pioneer home. This modernized home offers conveniences while keeping its pioneer heritage. Orderville is a small rural community with all of the necessities for your visit, i.e. gas station, grocery store, post office, restaurant, etc. Should you require anything other than necessities, you would need to bring them.
