We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

Vanessa's place is in a very very quiet neighborhood just steps from the bay. I am a SD native, I know the city very well. I actually lived in the area for many years. This place is totally worth it if your traveling with a family with kids. Plenty to do, plenty of space to sit and relax inside and outside. It has plenty of things to keep kids busy from books to toys very very nice touch. If available when we return definitely will be staying here. The short walk to watch the sunset in the ocean is worth every penny..

My stay at Cy’s place was great! I was attending a wedding in La Jolla so the location was perfect. Just off a busy road with tons of good restaurants and stores. Very easy to find and the street in front has a great peek at the beach waves just a short walk down. Cy is very friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived and had a cute letter on the counter w/ detailed instructions and great suggestions nearby. It’s a cozy 1 bedroom with a pullout sofa so myself, my daughter and friend all stayed comfortably. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and tons of towels. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing with great water pressure. There is an apartment above and a courtyard in front, so you can hear a fair amount of noise at times, but nothing too bad. There is on street parking, I always found a spot but it could be a block or so down. Overall everything was great and I’d highly recommend to anyone staying in La Jolla or wanting to be within walking to the beach!

We had such an amazing week for our party of 7 family reunion!!! The house was exactly as described and so well stocked with amenities, most especially books, toys, and any children’s item you could think of for your young boys. Our family had tons of fun using the pool and hot tub, we definitely utilized the wide assortment pool/beach toys and floaties as well. We had a very good time with the special treasure hunt game which was amusement for all ages. Communication was top notch and the recommendations were much appreciated and spot on. We’re already planning our next vacation here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 5! It was a great walk to the energetic center of OB but on a quiet street. We used the wagon a ton to walk to the beach and I will miss getting coffee at Azúcar. 10/10!

The home is in a great location. Walkable to a variety of different areas, but still in a quiet neighborhood.

We picked this place based on it having a hot tub, being near the beach, in Del Mar, and it looked great. Everything was as described. The place was clean and comfortable. Perfect locations. Spacious and well-decorated, with skylights. Amenities all worked fine. Del Mar is great. Excellent restaurants. Drinks at L'Auberge. Hiked in Solana (Annie's trail - slot canyons!) and drove to La Jolla for an afternoon. Del Mar beach is special. We've been to many California beaches and this is a favorite. The beach is a block away (over the tracks down a challenging "trail"), but there's easy access three blocks north near the park. Note: FYI, it's a very popular street for surfer parking and meeting. You'll know when they're there. Susie is a GREAT host. Upon arrival, the hot tub needed a service and she had someone down to empty, clean and refill within an hour. One other issue (no one's fault) came up and was handled quickly and efficiently. Susie's personal attention was key.

This place was amazing! I stayed here with my family, which included two dogs, and it was perfect! The house and yard were great for my family and pets, and the neighborhood is quiet and private. It was also close to many great restaurants and things to do. Isabelle was a great host! She left us a personalized message, cookies, snacks, and drinks for our check in and was extremely nice and responsive when we had questions. She also had some great recommendations for food and places to see nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, especially if you are looking for a family and pet friendly location close to many great spots in San Diego. I hope I get to come back to the area and stay here again in the future.

Efrain was easy to communicate with and made everything very clear , thank you for allowing us to use your space . It was only 4 min away from the zoo in the car it was perfect location thank you .

Easy walk to OB. Great base for the 6 of us. Jason was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Had a nice stay - check in instructions were a little hard to find but once we found the online portal they were pretty straightforward. Comfortable bed, nice shower head, and clean small studio space. Beach gear was provided which was a nice touch. Great location with easy free parking in the surrounding streets. Host was very responsive to any messages.

It was a lovely place for us. Lots of bedrooms, big deck, great kitchen and within walking distance of a beach for two little kids. Lisa had lots of toys in the house, including sand toys, boogie boards and the like. Lisa is a good communicator, and all the instructions were clear and posted around the house. We’d go back.

I had a wonderful stay here! Olga was incredibly welcoming when my friend and I arrived—she gave us a great tour of the place, which looked amazing. The space had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and inviting experience!

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very nice setup, so nice to being out dog and so close to the dog beach! Will stay again.

Love Teri’s place! Feels just like home whenever we stay there. Walking distance to Better Buzz Coffee and Vons for groceries. Everything you need is there for you to make the place feel like home away from home. Teri was a great host too, can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to stay in San Diego.

Roger and Kari's place was a home away from home for our family with three small children. The place was well accommodating to littles with access to child furniture (pack and play, high chair, etc) and was child proofed as well. The quiet inside and outside was much appreciated as a place to get away from all the San Diego/CA exploring! Roger and Kari were very responsive and understanding to the unpredictable life with our kiddos. Thanks for a great week!

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

Exactly as advertised and in a great location not far from the beach and boardwalk. The bikes were great for getting around as well. The bed was also very comfortable. Easily accessed and had no issues at all!
