Dylan’s place is truly an A+ certified property. It’s conveniently located at walking distance from the country club plaza neighborhood of Kansas City , probably the best neighborhood around the area. The place itself it’s extremely clean & equipped for longer stays. The layout of the space,bedroom & living room areas beyond comfortable. The host himself is an amazing person to work with & very understanding . Truth is we arrived very late in the night & misread the instructions on how to get in, so we contacted Dylan whom had the best attitude , understood how tired we were & help us get in . From the interaction, to the response time I have nothing but high regards for this host. Communication was top notch.Lastly, the area is amazing for sightseeing, dining & also some shopping. Not far from there’s Loose Park probably our favorite area part of our trip as we traveled with our dog & needed to help her also burn some energy. Highly recommend this 5/5 luxury property.

Great location for those attending conferences at the KC Convention Center. I was able to buy groceries at a downtown grocer and cook in the unit.

Very clean, and a great location. It was great having the host's restaurant right next door, which has fabulous food for breakfast as well as dinner. plus they deliver.

Absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described, and you can tell Chris put a lot of care and thought into every detail. The home was beautiful, full of charm and character. Whenever I had a question, Chris responded immediately, which made the stay even better. While it’s not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, the peaceful setting more than made up for it—and it was still close to everything we wanted to do. I’ll definitely be back!

This was such a cute little place, we enjoyed our stay so much! It had lovely decor and was in a beautiful location perfect for walking to local coffee shop. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was so lovely!

Julie's place was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The instructions posted around the house were very helpful, and I like that she keeps costs low by ensuring guests keep the space nice. She was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This was a nice place for a quick stay in Lawrence!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, had lots of space, and was peaceful at night. It was also very close to everything, less than five minutes from dining options and only twenty minutes from the city. The host is super friendly and responsive (gave clear instructions to all my questions :) ). I would recommend this place to a friend.

Such an amazing experience and stay with Russ and Kris! They were both SUPER sweet and welcoming and the place was cozy, clean, and was so easy to get to. Would recommend to anyone needing an Airbnb!

Very awesome spot. Me and my friends only stayed a night but it was the perfect choice. Private and even more comfortable and cozy than the photos let on. I didn’t cross paths with the owners but my friends did and they said they were super nice and kind. I’ll definitely book again next time I need to be down in the city

This place is exactly like described! We are so glad we chose this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to Science City, LegoLand, Crown Center and the Plaza. Casey was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful.

Kore’s place was exactly like the pics! We were right on Mass street in downtown Lawerence which made everything very accessible! Only thing I can say is that there are 25 stairs to get into the apartment (yes I counted) and if you have bad knees or accessibility needs this may not be the place for you. Other than that would recommend this place 100x’s over! Thank you!

We loved staying here! It’s absolutely beautiful! We’re from LA and come down here yearly to visit friends and this location + amenities were great for us! Close to some great places to eat as well like sushi uni and Pegah’s. Unfortunately the pool area was closed this time of year but we look forward to future visits and being able to relax by the pool. The host left clear instructions and was very hospitable. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Nichole and their property highly enough. She was very nice, thoughtful, and responds quickly. Next time we visit KC we will stay again. ❤️

Clean and beautiful place and customer service was nice and easy I love to back vacation again

We came to Lawrence to visit our daughter. This place was perfect for lounging in the evenings- family game night, movies, time to catch up. The couch is a pull out, so plenty of space. Darling Farmer’s Market in the parking lot Sat. mornings. Great location! We plan on booking again!

Great little place, we were able to park are car in a parking garage down town and didn’t use it once. 10 min walk to T-Mobile center and with 15-20 mins of anything you’d want to do or eat at. If I ever have the opportunity to go to an event down there again will book again.

Great location for KU visit while having all the perks of Mass St. shops/restaurants/shopping steps away. Fun garage door open concept was perfect on a spring day and the Saturday farmers market right outside was a pleasant bonus. Once we mastered the parking app, things simplified- but it was a bit confusing at first as the app was having some technical issues with location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and host was quickly responsive with some TV issues we had. We would definitely stay at The Happy Hawk again.

This place is in the heart of Lawrence. It’s a perfect location to walk to all the hot spots of college attractions. The apartment was clean and felt newer. Many small amenities like coffee bar and snacks. Well worth the amount paid.
