This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for the catch & release pond, and a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood. PLEASE NOTE: its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin sized foam couch sleeper. We don't allow pets.

The area is rural and quiet. The property is not fully fenced in. SORRY NO CATS Dog Friendly - Dog should be house trained, no fleas, and up to date on all vacations. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room! Whether you’re just passing thru or spending some time in Southern IL, for work or pleasure, we would love to host you. This house is spacious, with a beautiful kitchen if you want to cook and a HUGE lawn if you need some peaceful outdoors time. With our finished Basement space we have room for those family gatherings, baby and wedding showers etc! Msg us to arrange the details for using our home for these type of events.

"Quiet And Secluded Country Setting" BIG OAKS

We have a 2000 sq. ft. home located on 3 acres in a very country setting. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, master bed room has queen size bed, second bedroom has full size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Large master bath with large soaking tub and shower. Spacious kitchen is set up to cook if you like, . The back porch over looks the woods and fields with lots of deer siting. Our location is very quit and peaceful. also there is a garage you have access to.

Located conveniently along Route 15 just east of Mt Vernon, Illinois, this split level 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is roomy enough to make the whole family comfortable for a night or an extended weekend! Two living rooms give plenty of space for everyone for visiting. The HUGE back yard is totally private and absolutely beautiful! Bring your tents if some want to camp out in the park like back yard. Enjoy the peaceful view of the pond and watch for deer!

This place is in a private, residential neighborhood but only a few blocks from businesses, shopping and restaurants. There are two small parks for children to play at, nearby. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a commercial truck/trailer. Bright outdoor LED lighting provides a safe atmosphere. This property is attached to a small venue. The venue has a full kitchen area that can be rented for an additional fee.
