Nice little place in a really great neighborhood of Berlin. I'm glad I chose to stay here instead of the city center and I would recommend the neighborhood. There are a multitude of restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance and I felt it was a bit less touristy than the center. Apartment was good as well. Clean and comfortable, and I have no complaints there. Only small inconvenience was that I never did receive a door code initially, however I was able to retrieve the metal key from the lockbox. The box itself however was most inconveniently located about an inch off the floor, requiring one to kneel on all fours and use a flashlight to enter the code. Not sure of the reason for this! Like so much of Airbnb these days, the place is part of a big company/group of properties and located in a building of their other apartments. Overall, I was happy with the place, and I'd stay here again.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Mit so lieben Gastgebern merkt man gar nicht, dass man nur zu Besuch ist, sondern fühlt sich gleich wie daheim. Ich komme sehr gerne in die super saubere und sehr schöne Unterkunft und fühle mich immer sehr wohl. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!

Whole visit was very pleasant and we enyjoed it very much. It is so quiet place for relax. The appartment is very nice and well-equiped. There is very nice journey to Jüterbog. The bycicle paths are everywhere and the surface is really good for rollerblading. I can definitely recommend it to everybody. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Jan

Very cozy place, nice terrace with garden access. Close to the lakes, beach, shop, commucation and bicykle roads. Washing machine available. Quite and well equiped app. Thank you very much for the family rest time.

The place was better than expected. It is bigger than one can see in the pictures. We arrived early in the day, and Hanna and her colleague Denes let us leave the luggage even before our room was cleaned and ready. Both were very helpful and responsive. At the end of our stay the flight got cancelled. When I told Hanna, she together with Denes, efficiently organized for us another room to stay in an extra night. I should also mention that it was Sunday morning and they rushed in to help us out. We are very grateful for that. Both rooms we stayed in were beautiful, very stylish, clean and quiet. Both had a wonderful terrace or balcony. The neighborhood and location is great, with easy access to public transportation (5 min). Amazing restaurants and coffee places, very much recommended market on Saturdays in the street just outside the door. We definitely booking with Hanna next time we are in Berlin. Highly recommended. Dear Hanna and Denes, thank you for everything!

Schönes Apartment im ruhigen Hinterhof. Viele Kaffees und Restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe. Gemütlliche Betten. Platz am Esstisch etwas knapp. Zum Frühstücken O.K. Abends lieber eines der zahlreichen Restaurants im Viertel nutzen.

Heike and Wilfried are wonderful people and great hosts. I appreciated their forward communication, helpfulness and general friendliness. The place was clean and very welcoming. I enjoyed the fireplace and heated floors very much. The area is very peaceful and beautiful. Using public transport to the center of Berlin can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you stay late, but it is possible and still better than not having it. Overall it was a great experience for me! — Heike und Wilfried sind wunderbare Menschen und großartige Gastgeber. Ich schätzte ihre Vorwärtskommunikation, Hilfsbereitschaft und allgemeine Freundlichkeit. Der Ort war sauber und sehr einladend. Ich habe den Kamin und die Fußbodenheizung sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und schön. Die Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel ins Zentrum von Berlin kann ein bisschen mühsam sein, besonders wenn Sie lange bleiben, aber es ist möglich und immer noch besser, als es nicht zu haben. Insgesamt war es eine großartige Erfahrung für mich!

Ein sehr schöner Ort inmitten wundervoller Natur. Das Geräusch von Wind auf dem Wasser, von Flügelschlägen in der Luft, Haubentauscher im Schilf, Taubengurren, hüpfende Rotkehlchen und Kuckuck in der Dämmerung... wir hatten wundervolle friedliche und erholsame Tage. Vielen Dank, dass Ihr dieses sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Haus in herrlicher Lage mit uns teilt!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, was perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit war. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und einladend, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Birgit war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend! Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder.

We had a lovely time-liked the space and high ceilings . Easy access to everything. Kitchen good for cooking for Christmas. Bathroom - for those of us with limited mobility - needed to learn how to climb down. Warm. The area beautiful during December festive time.

I enjoyed my stay here. The condo has everything you need and is very spacious. The hosts were very accommodating and had great communication. Thanks Petra!

Wir hatten einen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur schön gelegen, sondern auch super ausgestattet für eine kleine Familie mit Kind. Unsere Tochter hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt – es gab genug Platz zum Spielen, auch durch den Garten sowie ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl, was unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert hat. Die Adele und Robert waren herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir können diesen Ort Familien sowie Paaren – mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Ein schönes App in ruhiger Gegend... Gute Anbindung an Potsdam.. ans Wasser .. an Kultur. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, die Wohnung hat eine wirklich schöne Lage 😊

Alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ruhige Lage, nah (fußläufig) an der S-Bahn. Die Gegend wäre für Berliner Verhältnisse wahrscheinlich als familienfreundlich einzustufen. Netter Kontakt und ausreichend Privatsphäre. Checkin und Checkout ohne Probleme. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 8 Leuten eine verlängertes Wochenende lang bewohnt. Die Zimmer bieten auch bei einer solchen Belegung ausreichend Platz. Schöne Einrichtung, moderner Stil und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Unterm Strich schönes authentisches Wohnen mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Teenager-Söhnen für vier Nächte in Berlin und haben mit dieser Wohnung ein zweites Zuhause genossen: Top-Lage, sehr geschmackvolle, großzügige, moderne und gemütliche Wohnung auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden sie gerne wieder nutzen wenn wir erneut ein paar Tage in Berlin verbringen wollen. Anastasia hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und Check-in und Check-out waren flexibel und unkompliziert.

Anna var hyggelig og lett å snakke med. Rommt var større en jeg trodde, var veldig fint og komfortabelt. Gardinene var helt lystette, så det ble ordentlig mørt på kvelden. Jeg er veldig fornøyd og kunne absolutt tenkt meg å dra tilbake.

Wir hatten einen sehr gemütlichen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war super und entsprechend der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung war nur einen Sprung von der Hauptstraße entfernt, wo es alle möglichen Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt. Zudem war es sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation verlief immer sehr freundlich und schnell.
