Beautiful and very clean space with everything I needed. The air system was a little tricky at first, but I finally figured it out. Very accessible to a conference I was attending at the Davenport Grand.

The apartment was terrific--a little hard to find, but understandable in a downtown area. Jake's instructions were impeccable. The location was terrific. The apartment was quiet and felt safe with wonderful big windows. Outside didn't feel as safe, but that is to be expected in most downtown areas these days.

Jake is very responsive when I had any questions and extremely friendly! The space was exactly what we needed for two of us. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas and a short drive to the Spokane convention center which where our event was.

Great spot to stay downtown. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything as described! Jake responded quickly when we had questions! Thank you for providing a great experience for us!

We were very happy to stay at this place! Thank you for welcoming us — we truly enjoyed everything. It was especially nice that having our pet with us was not a problem and there were no extra charges for it. The hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Spokane! The South Perry district was so quiet and quaint. There was cute shops and a park in walking distance. The studio was super clean and inviting. Would definitely stay there again. It was great for our romantic getaway weekend!

Wonderful space! We felt right at home in this pristine home. The neighbors are friendly and neighborhood beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Perfect for a family getaway. We would consider booking again when traveling to Spokane.

Beautiful home in the ponderosa neighborhood. It had a hot tub. Outside patio furniture. House looked like pictures online. Great space for my family. Host was very responsive and gave simple instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed our time very much

Second time staying in one of their locations, friendly, respectful, quick response. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. No more than 20 minutes from grocery stores,restaurants, and activities.

This home is absolutely stunning and offers a wide range of amenities that perfectly accommodated our large group. The host was incredibly friendly and responded very quickly to any inquiries we had.

Jeffrey Always replied to my messages, which was great. We had a mixed group staying at his house. So with the bunk beds the kids enjoyed all hanging out together & the other rooms were prefect for the parents to stay in. Lord willing we will book with Jeffrey again when we return to Spokane. John
