Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

We are just across the field from a working dairy farm and less than a mile from the dairy farm store and creamery where you can find fresh meat, eggs, milk, and some of the country’s best hand-dipped ice cream!

My cabin is secluded, in a rural area. It is 768 square feet & is one open room with a bathroom. It is divided into kitchen, living & bedroom areas. The back deck looks out over the wooded area. The cabin has Dish TV service and satellite WiFi service. The cabin is close to center hill lake with its many swimming options. We love this cabin and hope that you love it as much as we do. Our cabin is open to all people who will respect its uniqueness and enjoy all the property has to offer.
