Enjoy your stay at Cottage 79! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 500 sq ft cottage with a cozy atmosphere. We are conveniently located 15 minutes to Cornell & 20 min to Ithaca in a country setting. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi. I live onsite at the house next door to the cottage. Please note: There is 1 step up in the kitchen & 1 step down to the living room.

The Grouse is located just South of Whitney Point, New York. It is a short drive from many popular places, such as wedding venues, colleges, golf courses, breweries/wineries and numerous recreational venues. If you are just looking for a weekend of solitude, come enjoy all the Grouse has to offer!

Cozy Cabin in Candor

600 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom efficient and cozy cabin on a beautiful hilltop location in Candor, NY. Built in 2022. The cabin is easily accessible through a shared driveway in a quiet and private setting. Watch beautiful sunrises from one direction and gorgeous sunsets from the other direction, and the occasional wildlife passing by. Many outdoor recreation opportunities at nearby State Forests/Parks. Pets are welcome! Portable mattresses can be provided for additional guests.

Hot tub under the stars at cozy cabin in the FLX

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Private Scenic Retreat

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Sit on the deck and watch the Scottish Highlander cows graze (or even feed them by the fence) to watching the Koi fish by the pond u will enjoy the peacefulness of the country. The position of the cabin is ideal for Sunrises and Sunsets that brighten the sky. State Game Lands 1/2 mile away. Also wine trails and waterfalls around an hour away. 20 minutes to Binghamton area, 30 minutes to a casino, 45 minutes to Ithaca

Seahorse Tiny House in the Pines

IOf our three tiny houses at Bugs in a Jar Farm, Seahorse in the Pines is our most popular. It offers the most seclusion and privacy for those wanting to get away from the crowds. As the name implies, it also offers deep shade most of the hot summer. Relax in the hammock under the pines or on the private screened porch, and enjoy the hilltop breeze. Most dogs are welcome, but please note our STRICT NO PIT BULLS OR CATS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS! policy.

Enjoy your stay at Studio 705! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 325 sq ft studio with a cozy atmosphere. The studio is attached to my house but you will have full privacy with a private entrance & bath. We are conveniently located 10 min from Ithaca College, 15 min from Cornell & 12 min to downtown Ithaca. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

Peaceful Escape

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located just 4 miles from I81, it's easy to get to Binghamton & Syracuse. Just 9 miles and a quick 15 minute drive to Greek Peak Mountain Resort. Close to the Finger lakes wine trail, and many wineries. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. We are dog friendly(2 allowed) there is a $100. fee per stay.

Cottage on Songbird Pond

Located less than 10 miles from Cornell and downtown Ithaca, you will be in off-grid and remote (limited to no wifi!) with a large pond (3/4 acre) perfect for swimming all summer and fall, and an epic view scape of rural upstate New York. Abutting a working farm, the cabin is perfect for nature lovers, birders, and romantic getaways.

Not your daddy’s barn. This bar(n) is professionally designed with modem flair, beautiful furniture, a hot tub, WFH setup, campfire, and pizza oven. What more could you want? Under 15 minutes to downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Ithaca College. Level 2 EV charger with NACS (Tesla) and J1772. Dogs welcome (when added to reservation)- sorry no cats or other pets.
