Great location. Loved walking the city trails by the stream and seeing the deer every time we went for a walk. Enjoyed walking to the Saturday farmers market. Sue was quick to respond to any questions.

We had an excellent stay here during a January snowmobiling trip, and our group of four was accommodated very comfortably. Clean, quiet, well kept, and plenty of activities inside to enjoy at the end of a long day. If you're traveling in with a trailer or large/multiple vehicles, parking at this apartment unit can be a little tight, one assigned parking space and a couple of guest spaces that might or might not be available at times. We were able to unhook and park our trailer off-site for the weekend at the event we were attending, so fortunately this wasn't an issue for us. Nathan was also very helpful to suggest some other options for additional parking nearby if needed. Highly recommend!

James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

Josh and Christie’s place is so cute and comfortable- well stocked and nicely decorated. We found everything we needed for our stay and they were super responsive to all needs and questions. The location is ideal - close to all the sights and walking distance from town with convenient and free parking. We’d definitely stay again

What a beautiful oasis. Homey cabin feel in the woods, but minutes from all the local amenities. The photos do not do this listing justice. Much larger than we expected, could easily accommodate 2 couples or a small family. Eye to detail and thoughtful touches with the decor. Paul and Joann were friendly and were available as little or as much as we wanted. Really enjoyed getting to feed the horses, and interact with Lily. It was good for our dog to have a friendly dog around as our other dog had passed shortly before the trip. The sauna and hot tub were truly icing on the cake and made it feel like a resort. Everything you could need was available including parking in the garage. Centrally located to the local sights and we enjoyed the Spearfish Canyon Scenic byway seeing mountain goats and sheep for the first time. Can't recommend this place enough and already thinking about our next trip there. Merci Beaucoup!!

The price was so good in this place that we figured there would be a catch, but we were wrong. This was by far the best Airbnb that we have ever booked! It was absolutely the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We loved the extras like the gym, game room, and in-unit washer and dryer. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The bed was quite comfortable, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. We would love to stay here again next time we visit the Black Hills!

Nice house. Clean inside great place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Jacob's apartment which is located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. It was a great location for accessing Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, Devils Tower and Badlands! It was super easy to access the apartment and had everything that we needed for a short stay. Jacob's restaurant recommendations were great, and the Safeway is also close by for quick pick ups. Our family of four would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rapid City!

I stayed here with my family, niece and nephew. The home was perfect for our long weekend visit in Spearfish. Cheri was a welcoming, responsive and accommodating host. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay! Amanda always responds quickly and even allowed my family who were arriving much earlier than us to have access a couple of hours before check in time. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood close to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay there again especially when the pool is available to swim in.

Great place to stay. W especially enjoyed the stay and home becouse of how kid friendly it was traveling with a 1 year old. openly spaced, nice kitchen, fun game room with lots of options for games, lots of places people to lounge of needed.

Susanne’s house is amazing. I am a clean freak and this surpassed my standards. The house is super cute and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the house is super cozy. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend this house to everyone. Susanne is very sweet, kind, and extremely responsive. The area is safe and you’ll get to see dear walking around the neighborhood. Don’t stay anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and book Susanne’s home. Thank you for being the best host, Susanne.

Nice Place, dog friendly which is what I look for, also dog "proof" did not have to worry about excessive stuff around the home, clean simple and worked well. I really enjoyed looking out to the south with the views of the hills, will be sad when the trees fill in won't be able to see as much, but don't let that change your mind. Great place, clean, easy to find and it is what they say it is. Thanks

We have been traveling across the US for the past two weeks from Ohio for our wedding! We have stayed in 5 airbnbs so far on this trip and while I have really adored each location we’ve come across, nothing stands out like this one! Deadwood is the most charming town I have ever been too! From the first moment coming into town and seeing some bighorn right on the mountain side was truly a blessing and we fell in love. We loved the active nightlife (even in the off season) and may have gotten a little carried away with all of the great casinos and shops within walking distance! If not, public parking is easy to find and the trolley for $2! Which adds so much character and personality to this sweet town. If I haven’t convinced you yet, we got married in the Tetons and we’ve already decided to spend our anniversaries here instead. The home is so cozy and unique, full of the coolest knickknacks. The rain shower is amazing, we loved the back patio and front covered porch! 10/10 no debate

This was a very convenient place to stay with our two dogs. It was great to have a fenced in yard that felt really secure. It was obvious that the house is cleaned well between guests, we didn’t notice any pet hair or stains from previous stays. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

This is our 4th year with this same property of Laura's! We highly recommend this property!!! We always feel welcome - the house is beautiful and very clean! Laura is extremely responsive and quick! She has worked with us when either checking in early or checking out a little late. I would like to also note - Laura and her cleaning company have went over and above to accommodate us with our stay! THANK YOU SO MUCH! WE LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN!!!!

First time our family has been skiing, 6 people on this visit. Our entire experience in the Terry Peak area was great! Danielle was proactive at getting us the information we needed. Stay was as expected and the condo was great. We didn't need Danielle for anything during our stay but I felt confident she was available if needed. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again anytime we are back!

This was the perfect place for me and the family while we skied at Terry Peak. Everyone had a comfy clean bed, amenities were great, and we loved hanging out in the hot tub every night! Braden was very responsive and informative. We'd definitely come back if we have the opportunity!

The condo is the perfect location! We could get to Terry Peak to ski easily, and then it was a quick drive to Deadwood as well. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay, especially if you are skiing at Terry Peak. We enjoyed how close it was to the lodges. Very easy check-in and checkout. Clean space with very comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Loved our stay here! If you have kids staying here would be very beneficial. They have games for littles to play, a pack and play, and most everything else you will need! Loved that we didn’t have to pack all these things to bring along, saved us tons of stress and room in the car!

This condo suited us perfect. Comfortable beds. Clean and easily found extra towels, etc. Small deck with chairs to enjoy our morning coffee. Gotta be willing to hoof it 3 floors but was worth every step to us!
