Matt was extremely responsive to all my questions and comments. He was most understanding when we had to leave early.

Darla was amazing to work with she worked with us. I definitely recommend and will definitely come back. She is awesome.

The apt is in the bottom. When you walk in there is the twin trundle bed. Everything is liked pictured. The apt was clean and Chris gave us a walk through. The laundry is a shared space, but there is a door with a lock to separate the upstairs from downstairs. Chris was super nice and was even willing and provide us with seasonings if we chose to cook. We felt safe and everything was clean.

Loved my stay at Jamin & Jessica's place! Great location in Rapid City that is a quick drive to anything downtown, even a few hikes. Also loved proximity to nearly everything on my bucket list for the Black Hills. House was the perfect size and had everything I needed for a month-long stay: wifi worked great too for working from the house. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very nice, quiet place. A short drive to town but very doable. Short drive to most of the touristy spots. For us the trout fishing was close with several lakes to select from. Fantastic fishing, 19 trout the first day in less than 3 hours. It’s not real fancy but real comfortable, and lots of wildlife in the yard. Bob and Candy were great, helpful host’s and just two doors down the road.

We enjoyed our stay here. While it was mainly a home base while we explored the area, it definitely served its purpose and was comfortable to stay in. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful, but still close to the town. Raquel was quick with responses to our questions and proactive in reaching out about check in and check out. Also, check out was a breeze. The checklist was short and sweet, and I didn’t feel like I had to do half the cleaner’s jobs for them.

This was an amazing and cozy stay! Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard. Julie was quick to respond to any questions we had! Would recommend to anyone traveling to the Rapid City area!

We had a great experience staying here! It’s in a great location! You can easily walk to beautiful downtown and to Spearfish Park and the Fish Hatchery. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated our group. Scott was very responsive and flexible when we ended up having to change the date of our trip. I highly recommend for a great experience! Also, the kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking and baking needs! Thank you!!

Our family stayed from Christmas Eve-December 28th. It was so beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Everything was exactly as described! In the future, we will be sure to bring more pans as we do a lot of cooking on vacation but that definitely on us for coming Christmas Eve when nothing was open. The hot tub was great and so was the community center! We spent lots of time playing cards and enjoying time with family. Hosts were fast to respond and easy to work with. Garages were amazing to have access to. With how close the neighbors were, you would think there would be lots of noise, but we didn't hear anything from them! We all also appreciated the soft blankets that were on the beds with the comforters. Overall, an amazing stay and will be back!

We lucked out getting a great deal on this beautiful home in Powderhouse Pass! Close to Terry Peak ski area & also a short drive to Lead & Deadwood - there was never a lack of things for our families to do! The home itself is in a very nice, newer area. Lots of room for guests with large attached garage for those snowy days. The host was very quick to respond to all questions we had. There is a welcome book inside the home with lots of excellent information on the area & things to do. If you're someone who gets chilled easy, bring extra blankets (or take one of the upstairs bedrooms), as the (2) main floor bedrooms tend to be chilly at night (esp if the external temp is zero or below). We weren't able to utilize the community room/pool - although we attempted, there was a note on the door stating the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We had checked the developments website prior to arrival & this was not mentioned anywhere. We would definitely recommend Trinity & her home!!

We had a great stay! Amanda always responds quickly and even allowed my family who were arriving much earlier than us to have access a couple of hours before check in time. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood close to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay there again especially when the pool is available to swim in.

The house was beautiful and clean and in an excellent location, close to a grocery store, and the year round pool was so great! We loved that we could still swim outside with snow on the ground!

Cabin 4 was clean and ready for us when we got there late. They left everything for me to just check in and rest right away. The bathrooms were just a shorts walk away and were very clean. The cabin was everything we need for a trip. Lara responded to everything I sent over with no problems on our end. Would come back.

As advertised a beautiful home in a great location with many amenities. Very nice furnishings, hot tub was great and very roomy for groups. You cannot go wrong with this house.

Ryan's place was beautiful, both the suroundings and the house, it was very peaceful and the place was very clean, We would stay again if we are in the area.

We had a great stay at Darcy’s place. It was perfect for our needs as we were gone all day riding and had a nice place to come home to rest at night. House was very clean and beds were comfy. It was over 100 degrees a couple of days and the ac was able to keep up and keep us cool. We had a small miscommunication about check in but Darcy was quick to respond and it was resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend Darcy’s place for a great stay in Rapid.

Wish we could have stayed longer!! The farm is adorable. The beds, super comfy, the space itself was great! If traveling with a pup, the enclosed yard is perfect! The coffee selection was a wonderful treat! Wonderful stay all around!! Thanks guys! Tiffany and Barry

This was a wonderful stay! It was close to all of the attractions that we wanted to see but with plenty of quiet and privacy after a day of exploring the area-Virgil was very informative and welcoming and I would stay here again! Loved the heated floors and the bird feeder right outside

Athena was very responsive and her place was very clean! It was the perfect spot for us and super cozy! The house looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb—it was the perfect space for our group of five and our two small dogs. The home was spacious and well laid out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The living area was open and comfortable, and the bedrooms were generously sized with cozy beds. The location was another big plus—close to restaurants, parks, and shopping, but in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe and peaceful. It was a perfect home base for our trip. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great wildlife, quiet area, minutes from downtown Lead & Deadwood. People near home 🏡 very nice and helpful. Had lots of viewing options on the television 📺 including Netflix and Tubi. Did need to air it out, some windows were quite stiff. The swamp cooler worked just as well as a window air-conditioner, ceiling fans helped circulate air. Nice area for our pet to walk around, conveniently located out of a door in the second bedroom. Plenty of linens, towels. Great library of books to peruse. Lots of thoughtful little details such as a pair of scissors ✂️ and nail cutters, just incase one forgot their's. Games too. After a rocky bit of a start had a wonderful stay and visit to the twin towns. Thank you for allowing us to stay. ✌️

This is our 6th year staying at Thomas' place and we will definitely return for year 7. Thomas is extremely personable, accommodating with all requests that are within his control and very responsive to all messages big or small! This is our go to when visiting Black Hills!

Our family enjoyed staying at Nancy's place! The location was great, easy to get to stores and main highways. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Clean and stocked with everything you need. The kids loved the toy room! Would stay here again!
