Little Red House, Entire House in Tower Grove East

This 2 Bedroom 1 Bath home is centrally located in Tower Grove East, 5 minutes from St. Louis University, 8 minutes from Grand Center and just a few blocks from South Grand and Tower Grove Park. It is the entire house all to yourself however there are other houses in proximity. The block is quiet and the neighbors are friendly but please note this house is located in an urban area. While generally safe it is racially and economically mixed. Please set your expectations accordingly.

A self contained apartment located in the basement of our home. 2 private entrances, self check-in and check-out. The neighbors in our cul-de-sac are trees and cardinals (the birds not the baseball players.) Quiet enough to work, work, work. Spacious enough to play, play, play. This home's proximity to the roads along the Mississippi, as well as the short drive to the Clark bridge or Amtrak station, make for easy access to everything the St. Louis area has to offer. The area is a major stopover for many migratory birds and boasts a number of sites for observing the birds during their travels.
