This AirBnb is definitely one of the best I've stayed at! It was clean, and well maintained, as well as had many of the things you'd like to have accessible in your own home (soap, towels, kitchen utensils/spices) and we felt right at home in the cozy space! I adored how the home was decorated and felt right at home! When visiting Cocoa again, we'd love the opportunity to stay here again!

What a beautiful place to stay at. We got to meet Harley (their dog) and she was so soft!! The property is gorgeous and we came when the flowers were smelling so good. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location on the water and perfect fit for 2 adults and 1 child. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Enjoyed the fire pit and even got to watch a rocket launch from the yard. Guest house was exactly as described. Would highly recommend!

All you need in one cozy space! Kym has given so much thought to plan and design her tiny home for guests to have just what they need and want! We watched the Super Bowl on the large screen TV from the comfy bed. Lots of extras including some adult beverages, coffee, milk, lotion and plenty of towels, etc. Parking for our boat/trailer and truck was perfect and we had a place to charge our boat battery. Our goal was to fish Headwaters Lake and we had so much fun and caught so many Bass! Super AC! Just so impressed with the clever design and decor of this space!

Very nice spot off the beaten path. Very close to Headwaters boat ramp which is awesome. Very clean & not too far from spots to eat.

Carrie was an excellent host. She was very responsive and went above for my son’s birthday. She decorated the room with signs and glow sticks. I really enjoyed she had a binder with local adventures, places to eat, emergency contacts, etc.. The room was exactly as pictured and very comfortable to stay in.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cocoa Boho Airbnb, and we can confidently say it was the best experience we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the space. It felt like a home away from home. Carly and Lee were exceptional hosts, communicating promptly and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the sauna and cold plunge—they were a must after a long day of skydiving and exploring! I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and the wonderful amenities. I will definitely be returning for another unforgettable getaway. Recommend with enthusiasm!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s pool house. It was very quiet, clean and peaceful. We slept great and 100% come back again and recommend it to anyone single person or couple looking for a place to stay in the Melbourne area!

My husband and I needed a weekend away that wasn’t too far from home and Vasiliki’s home on the water was just what we needed! The home was tastefully decorated, adorable and spotless! We loved all the little touches including a welcome card, a well-stocked coffee bar, waters and a bottle of wine! Vicki was responsive and provided instructions on what to do and where to eat. If coming to the Melbourne area, we highly recommend you stay here!!

First, let me explain this was my first experience with an AirBnb and I’m pleased. I did have trouble with entry because I just didn’t know any better and it was a late arrival. Lina assisted (thanks again!). The accommodation is clean and comfortable and well appointed. I had everything I needed. The location is perfect as it’s close to my family. And it’s reasonably priced. I have already requested a reservation for next year same weekend for the another family event. So, unless my family sets up guest quarters in their home, I keep Lina’s listing where I quickly find it.

We stayed here before a cruise. It was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

The Romantic Cottage was better than we expected. Check in was easy, house was clean and comfortable and the shared pool and Florida room were a great bonus. The location was quiet while only being a few minutes away from restaurants, shops, and the beach. Squid Lips became a walkable favorite for food and drinks. We also enjoyed the quick walk to Brevardian Riverfront for a more upscale dinner. Janet and Allison were great hosts who made us feel more like friends than guests. We’re can’t wait to visit the Romantic Cottage again one day.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage! Sooo relaxing! The place was pretty and very cozy. The view was spectacular!! The place was spotless and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My husband and I are already discussing when we should go back! Looking forward to staying a little longer next time.

We spent an absolutely unforgettable weekend at this Airbnb. It was more than just a place to stay ,it was a full experience. We had such a fabulous stay, wish it could’ve been longer! Definitely felt like home away from home thanks to our host Linda! It was a perfect place for us to stay the night before our cruise out of Port Canaveral! House was immaculate!

The total experience was excellent. Booked for the entire month of October, 2024. Checkin was simple, all through email. Entry codes arrived prior, very quick and smooth. Private structure, equivalent to a studio apartment or efficient unit. Private entrance, parking space, use of laundry facilities, nothing needed to bring other than your personal belongings. Pet friendly. Large, fenced yard available for use at any time. Wifi..smart tv..all appliances supplied. Friendly, accommodating, proactive hosts. Highly recommend for stay in Eau Gallie arts district of Melbourne. Minutes to beaches!
