Steps outside the maritime village of SW Harbor with semi-private ocean access, seaglass beach, dock, firepit, and a short walk to all village amenities: the town pier, local bars, restaurants with live outdoor music overlooking the marina, & a private charter on a wooden Friendship sloop.

Manset apartment near Acadia

Manset is on the "quiet" side of the island (as compared to Bar Harbor), but it’s an active neighborhood and we love being here! Our apartment is situated in a larger building with another apartment upstairs and a commercial space—with a tenant who just occupied it last month . A neighborhood with boat building history and current activity.. A short walk down to Manset (rocky) shore. Seawall picnic area is not far away via car/bicycle down the main road as are Wonderland and Ship Harbor trails.

This brand new unit features an open kitchen and living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths that sleeps 4 is the perfect location for your Maine getaway! Enjoy casual drinks on the porch or dinner on the patio. Huckleberry Lane Retreat offers plenty of space to relax and spend time with loved ones close to all the Acadia area has to offer. This is a Saturday to Saturday booking only.

Enjoy unparalleled views of bustling Southwest Harbor and the beauty of Acadia National Park from the comfort of Eagle's Nest. Perched on a granite cliff, this thoughtfully designed little home provides for your every need. For anything else, take the ten minute stroll into the village, where you'll find plenty of local shops and restaurants. You can access the water via a set of stairs leading from the property to the shoreline. End your days on the deck and keep your eyes peeled for seals!

“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

High tide splashes below the cantilevered deck. Quaint downtown shopping & dining is just 3/10 mile along a sidewalk. Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.

This peaceful and centrally located apartment has amazing views of the harbor and is just a short walk to downtown Southwest. It has one bedroom, living area a kitchen and a bathroom. It has a small deck to enjoy the great outdoors of Maine. The apartment is attached to a larger home, but very private. The apartment is just steps away from Dysart’s Marina, a favorite among boating enthusiasts with a fabulous coffee shop, fun bar, lobster, Pound, and fabulous views

The Snuggery - Downtown Southwest Harbor - Acadia

This bright and very comfortable studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. Park your car and walk to all the downtown businesses and restaurants or hop a ride on the free Island Explorer bus to explore the rest of Mt. Desert Island. This studio apartment has a small kitchen with full size refrigerator, dish washer and counter top induction burners for cooking. It has a king size bed, private bathroom & private parking for 1 vehicle.
