Flower Farm Loft

When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

The Bungalow

The Bungalow is the ideal retreat for your Acadia National Park adventure. Perfectly suited for two, this charming, newly renovated apartment offers a cozy and well-appointed space for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Multiple park access points are within 2 miles, Bar Harbor and the Park Loop Road are 20 minutes away. Need accommodations for multiple families - 3 townhouses are also available on the property. 3 night minimum stay unless otherwise indicated on the calendar. AC recently added.

Nest:a place of rest, retreat, or lodging

The NEST is located in a small community on the "quiet side" of Mount Desert Island, home of Acadia National Park. This beautiful, light filled, fully equipped apartment is available year round for guests. With it's own private entrance and sliding door to an east facing 2nd story deck, it has views of the mountains and clear night skies. Located on a small "farmette". Easy access to the beach, hiking trails and restaurants. This apartment is a perfect retreat for the off-season. (Read on)

“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

Artist Studio in Acadia, 5 minute walk into town!

The Artist Studio is just a 5 minute walk into the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. We are a 5 minute drive to an Acadia Park entrance, a 20 min drive to Bar Harbor. Close to restaurants, Echo Lake for swimming, and a 5 minute walk to the Clark Point Town Dock for ferry boat rides to explore the islands! You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the modern kitchen and island. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

On the water. Walk to Southwest Harbor

If you want to be near the action of an active and interesting harbor, this is the place for you. You will have a front row seat to spectacular morning sunrises over the harbor, the comings and goings of the fishermen and the many boats docked at the marina and anchored in the harbor. This spacious four bedroom, two and a half bath home is located at the Great Harbor Marina just half a mile from downtown Southwest Harbor. Walk to restaurants, art galleries, specialty shops and more.

#6 is a spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot), cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots, pans), a bedroom with a queen bed, folding twin in the bedroom closet, and living room with a futon. Other amenities: A/C (bedroom), full bathroom with shower, cable, TV, a small dining area, and free wifi. All guests have full access to common areas: Indoor kitchen in the main building, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and bonfire pit.

Bar Harbor Condos- Apt D

Our condominiums were built in 2020 and are located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is ONE off street parking space per unit. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. *****Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

The Bird's Nest

The Bird's Nest is an elevated efficiency apartment with views of Somes Sound, Southwest Harbor, and the mountains of Acadia. There is a small efficiency kitchen and a sunny second floor deck to enjoy the view while having a peaceful breakfast or evening meal. While the property is secluded and private, we do have our own private wooded trail that drops right into town, where you can enjoy Southwest Harbor's restaurants and shops, or catch the free Island Explorer bus.

Sea Breeze

This is a two bedroom and one and a half bath upstairs apartment. It is located in the center of downtown Southwest Harbor. Surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Walk downstairs to enjoy all Southwest Harbor has to offer. The apartment is walking distance to a working waterfront harbor where you can watch the fishing boats come and go. Mount Desert Island is surrounded by Acadia National Park all within a short drive from the apartment.
